I look forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of the Global Private Wealth business. A sincere thank you to Venu Krishnamurthy for the opportunity and the confidence you have placed in me. I am grateful for your trust and excited to work together. As I begin this new journey, I am also reflecting on the last 20 years at Eaton Vance and Morgan Stanley. I have been fortunate to work alongside extraordinary colleagues who have challenged me, supported me, and helped shape both my career and who I am as a leader. A very special thank you to Matt Witkos. For the past 25 years, you have been far more than a boss—you have been an incredible mentor, trusted advisor, and, most importantly, a lifelong friend. Your leadership, guidance, and friendship have had a profound impact on my life, and I am deeply grateful for everything you have done for me. One theme stood out throughout these conversations: infrastructure is key. Estonia's experience demonstrates that secure digital systems, transparent governance, and strong public-private partnerships are essential to economic security and long-term prosperity. These lessons resonate far beyond Europe. Across the Pacific, countries are navigating many of the same opportunities and challenges around digital transformation, connectivity, and cybersecurity. There is much we can learn from one another as we work to build more resilient and secure societies. Grateful to our Estonian partners and the U.S. Embassy Tallinn, Estonia for the thoughtful discussions, and looking forward to continued collaboration between Estonia, the East-West Center, and partners across the Pacific. His mom and I aren’t together now but to this day he spends every Friday night at my place for Dude’s Night, and getting to help raise him has been the greatest joy and adventure. Cheers to all the biological fathers, step fathers, foster fathers, and father figures out there!
