Full Field Force is one of the many learning initiatives offered by the Caterpillar CI Services Learning & Innovation team. Over this three-day learning event advanced Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) will spend dedicated time focused on Wear, Rebuilds and Maintenance offerings that bring value to their customers when it matters most. Full Field Force provides the perfect setting for dealer participants to enjoy learning about new products and innovations, services and value propositions, experience Q&A panels, listen to customer case studies and spend time networking with peers, instructors and subject matter experts. Kristy Sutten reposted thisKristy Sutten reposted thisHere are 3 things EVERY c-suite is looking for from L&D leaders and teams in 2025 (whether they explicitly ask for it or not): 1. BUSINESS GROWTH If the c-suite could rely on us and feel we wouldn’t be more of a distraction, they’d surely like us to contribute to the overall growth of the business, wouldn’t they? And maybe they think we already do, in our small way. But what would it take to prove that we do? Well, we’d need to align ourselves with their goals and consider what people development issues they face that we can assist with. - Greater competence? - Greater productivity? - Enhanced performance? Whatever it is, it’s probably there if we aligned and looked. But we probably won’t get an invitation without a track record of helping in this area. 2. RESKILLING AND UPSKILLING This is our bread and butter, isn’t it? But are we relied upon when our c-suite is looking at making changes? Our ability to help with reskilling and upskilling - at pace and at scale - will be a key factor in whether we’re seen as credible partners or an afterthought. 3. MEASURABLE IMPACT So much of how we’re perceived is down to whether we can say we’ve done what we set out to do, beyond delivering, implementing and launching a thing. The answer to the elusive question: "Did it work?" If all we can answer with is... - “It was well attended” - “People seemed to like it” - or the dreaded “We’ve not heard that it didn’t work” ...then we’re hardly going to please a serious executive. TAKEAWAY Your c-suite might say they want training for this or that. But what they're really looking for is impactful change that shows up on the P&L. Commit to making this happen in 2025 and I promise you it’ll be the most fulfilling year yet of your L&D career.

Absolutely LOVE this. Went through it myself in the first quarter of this year and it has been the best decision I ever made. Opened up the door for the opportunity of my dream career, my mental health is recovering, I’m discovering and enforcing new boundaries, and am thrilled I’ve entered what I call my “Villain Era” because now it’s all about ME.
Get it girl. You have EARNED it.

When I joined, I began by assessing our existing programs, identifying opportunities for growth, and designing new strategies to strengthen our leadership pipeline. From there I launched, and executed initiatives that would shape the future of leadership and development across Cat Digital. My role evolved from supporting early talent programs to leading global strategy across leadership development initiatives like IGNITE (New Cat Digital Leaders), L.E.A.D (Early Talent), EMPOWER (Leaders of Individual Contributors), and INSPIRE (Leaders of Leaders). Along the way, I have: • Earned my DDI | Development Dimensions International Facilitation certification • Earned my CliftonStrengths Coaching certification • Welcomed and supported 145 Early Talent into the U.S. L.E.A.D. program • Certified 130+ employees in CPR training • Served as a Talent Champion at conferences and career fairs • Traveled to new cities visiting facilities from Peoria to Dallas, with Tucson, AZ as my newest stop However, what I’m most proud of isn’t the promotion, it’s the evolution! - The shift in how I think, partner, and lead. - The relationships built and strengthened along the way. - The trust earned as a strategic resource. - And the privilege of designing leadership experiences that shape the next generation of leaders while learning & growing right alongside them. I don’t take for granted how meaningful it is to do work that I’m genuinely passionate about every single day! I’m hoping to find a part time job that can be done remotely during the hours of daycare preferably. I have immeasurable skills, in creative writing, effiency coordination, and continuity. I have experience in marketing design, health, fitness, and wellness programing, multitasking cross-regionally, multi time zone deadlines, and event creation/coordibation. Additionally note I am capable of all the common skills such as typing, interpersonal skills, time management, organization, and adaptability to new task. My background in pharmacy, healthcare, and technology can be appreciated as well. I’m willing to work as little as one day a week on Fridays up to 8 hours. I do not have availability on weekends. I’m well rounded and animated. I have high morals and great ethics. I’m not a salesman. But I am a great worker. I have a BS in biology, MS in sport/exercuse science, AFAA/NASM Group training and personal training. CPR/AED.
