Throughout the course of the 2016-2017 year, OneBlock Systems developed a comprehensive business plan for the development and launch of cutting-edge technology developed at the University of Arizona. This two-part system secures your entire home through your wi-fi system and is easy to install yourself. As financial manager, I developed pro-forma financial statements, aided in the making of a go-to-market strategy, used the marketing strategy to form financial projections, and completed a full valuation of this start-up venture. We made it to the final 6 out of 19 teams in the McGuire New Venture Competition 2017.
