Together, the companies are driving automated and personalized healthcare professional (HCP) marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical brand teams. The companies shared that one joint customer has already deployed more than 600 campaigns using the joint solution, with 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 of activation. • ODAIA’s AI-engines evaluated the brand’s full target universe to identify the HCPs where outreach was predicted to drive prescribing impact and generated individualized, HCP-level campaign sequence recommendations using pre-approved content. • Those recommendations were activated through Pulse Health’s engagement platform, automating email execution and consolidating campaign and engagement data into a single workflow, with results flowing back into ODAIA to guide ongoing sequencing recommendations. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: marketing decisions informed by predictive intelligence, activated through existing engagement infrastructure, and measured by prescription impact rather than traditional marketing metrics. After losing my dad and sister to cancer in the same year, I knew I wanted to pivot my career toward helping patients like them and their families. Looking back, that purpose has guided every role, every challenge, and every opportunity I’ve been fortunate enough to say yes to. The biggest lesson hasn’t been about titles or promotions. It’s that some of the best opportunities begin with staying curious, saying yes, and trusting you’ll figure it out. I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who never lose sight of who we’re doing this for. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that gives patients and their families the chance for more time…something I would give anything to have had with my own. Five years at Genentech. Still driven by the same purpose.

One of the most meaningful parts of the week was the opportunity to highlight how teams across North America Commercial Operations and our business partners work together to serve our customers. The presentations on display throughout the office reflected the collaboration, planning and problem-solving that go into helping each customer prepare for flu season and support the vaccination needs of the communities they serve. Our work is not done in isolation, and our ability to help protect public health depends on strong partnerships with our customers year after year. For any of the broad variety of customers we serve, our shared goal is the same: helping more people get vaccinated and better protecting communities from the harmful complications of flu. Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped bring this to life.
