It has been a wonderful experience, and it does make a difference! Here is my post from X: 3,000-day #litterchallenge Day 2,500: Today is a milestone day for the challenge. But, with the heavy smoke hitting the area from the #Canada forest fires, it’s also a reminder of how we need to take better care of our planet. I’m deeply grateful to everyone I’ve had the privilege of working with over the years. The people who came before me shaped how I approached challenges, collaboration, and problem‑solving. I hope I’ve passed a little of that forward to those continuing the HP journey. I truly appreciate all the opportunities HP has provided for me and my family. Now it’s time to open a new book and see where the next story leads. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my HP journey. And to the team I’m leaving now — thank you for letting me finish this book on a high note.

Justin Tehrani liked thisworking somewhere that doesn’t just talk about inclusion, but actually invests in it, is pretty special. so so grateful 🏳️🌈Justin Tehrani liked thisHappy Pride Month! 🌈 Throughout June, employees across Impinj are coming together to celebrate, learn, and build community through volunteer opportunities, storytelling, and honest conversations about authenticity and inclusion. It's space for our team to show up as their whole selves and support one another. So why does Pride still matter? 🏳️🌈 Because LGBTQIA+ youth need support. The Trevor Project's 2025 survey found that 36% of LGBTQ+ young people seriously considered suicide in the past year. Visibility, community, and belonging aren't nice-to-haves, they're life-saving. 🏳️🌈 Because belonging matters. No one should have to hide part of who they are to feel accepted at work, at home, or anywhere. Pride is a chance to celebrate authenticity and advocate for inclusion. 🏳️🌈 Because visibility builds understanding. When people feel empowered to share their stories, it creates space for connection, learning, and a stronger sense of community. We're looking forward to celebrating and creating moments throughout the month for team members to get involved. If you or someone you know needs support, The Trevor Project offers 24/7 help at 1-866-488-7386. #Pride #ImpinjCares

Researcher Kélton Severo, who is a member of GAMA UNIPAMPA and IC designer at Impinj, presented his work focused on technological advancements for smart grids. 🔬 Thesis Topic: "Design and Development of a Low-Cost Power Quality Analyzer with LoRaWAN Telemetry for Smart Grid Applications" The project proposes the development of a low-cost power quality analyzer featuring LoRaWAN telemetry, providing affordable and efficient solutions for smart grid monitoring tailored to the geographic, economic, and social characteristics of the Pampa Gaúcho region. The work benefited from excellent academic guidance and a high-caliber examining committee: 👨🏫 Advisors: Advisor: Prof. Paulo César C. de Aguirre Co-advisor: Prof. Natalia Chagas ⚖️ Examining Committee: Prof. Sandro Binsfeld Ferreira (UNISINOS) Prof. Giovani Guarienti Pozzebon (UNIPAMPA) Prof. Jose Wagner kaehler (UNIPAMPA) Congratulations to Kélton on this achievement, and to the entire team involved for continuing to drive research and technological innovation within the GAMA and UNIPAMPA ecosystem! #UNIPAMPA #PPGEE #GAMA #SmartGrid #ElectricalEngineering #LoRaWAN #MastersDegree #ScientificResearch

Justin Tehrani reacted on thisJustin Tehrani reacted on thisImpinj just published employee demographic data for the first time. It's a small number on a page, but it represents years of intentional work — and I'm proud to have been part of it. You can't improve what you don't measure. That principle, so familiar to engineers, is exactly what guided this effort. When my co-chair Wendy Malabuyo and I launched the Women At Impinj Network (W@IN) — alongside the launch of ERGs supporting our LGBTQ+ and Black employees — we knew that career advancement initiatives are only as good as the data behind them. So we started there: building a foundation of trust and participation, encouraging employees to self-report, until we reached a threshold that made public reporting possible. That milestone is thanks to a lot of people. Rene Martinez, Technical Fellow for Systems Engineering, led this work from the ground up. Tracy Moran (she/her), Director of Investor Relations, authored our Corporate Citizenship Report and was a key thought partner in planning how and when to include this data. Christina Balam, SPHR, our SVP of HR & Facilities, championed the launch of our ERGs. Chris Diorio, our CEO, set a clear north star of inclusivity. And my fellow ERG co-chairs — Cheryl E. Green, Greg Robinson, Calli Rose Parise, Warren G., and Sandra Berrios — who work every day to support this community. Publishing this data is one step. The goal is a company that reflects the world at every level of the org chart, and getting there requires the discipline to track progress honestly, year over year. Proud of what this team has built, and looking forward to what comes next. #WomenInTech #DEI #EmployeeResourceGroups #Impinj #Leadership

Justin Tehrani liked thisJustin Tehrani liked thisLast Friday marked my last day at FreshRealm as the company winds down operations as part of its Chapter 11 process. In nearly four years there, I had the chance to work alongside some incredibly smart and tenacious people. Together we took revenue from under $50M to over $500M in two years, integrating product, marketing, sales, and customer success along the way and rebuilding how we managed customer projects to support that kind of scale. It taught me a great deal about scaling a business, including some hard lessons. My time there is best summed up by a passage from Marie Kondo's The Magical Art of Tidying Up that has stuck with me for years (edited for brevity): "When you come across something that's hard to discard, consider carefully why you have it in the first place... that particular item has already completed its role in your life, and you are free to say, 'Thank you for giving me joy when I bought you,' or 'Thank you for teaching me what doesn't suit me,' and move on." Thank you, FreshRealm, for the people, the exciting moments, the formative experiences, and yes, for teaching me what doesn't suit me. As for moving on, I'll have some exciting news to share in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, I'm open to light consulting work (up to 30 hrs/month focused on customer and product strategy), career conversations (focused on career pivots and navigating the Amazon hiring and promotion process), board conversations, or any other interesting opportunities that come up. Feel free to reach out.

TSMC is currently facing a severe capacity bottleneck in its advanced packaging lines, particularly for its CoWoS technology, which is critical for assembling high-performance AI chips for major clients like NVIDIA, AMD, and Google. To meet the soaring demand and prevent competitors like Intel from gaining an edge, the Taiwanese giant has been forced to outsource orders to domestic firms, including ASE Technology and SPIL, marking a significant strategic shift as it actively works to expand its own CoWoS production footprint. #TSMC #Foundry #Foundries #CoWoS #AdvancedPackaging #Chips #Semiconductors #AI #TechSupplyChain #NVIDIA #ChipManufacturing #SemiconductorIndustry #TechnologyNews https://lnkd.in/d7g2pt2a
