And it’s not just a piece of clothing but a representation of what it means to build early teams. So we wrote this reminder on the inside label of every piece: This is the part most people miss. It’s David v. Goliath. No safety net. A small team, figuring it out. Yet this is where everything is decided. The early team sets the foundation. What gets built, how fast it grows, who joins next, and what “great” actually looks like. Talent density isn’t a buzzword. It’s the only thing that compounds. 1st10 exists for this stage. If this made it into your hands You’re not observing this story. You are the reason it exists! Shout out to the 1st10 crew for making all this happen. The early believers who turn vision into reality every single day. Here’s to all the founders and early teams building when almost no one is watching. The grind is real, but so is the magic. And props to fodada for the partnership and softest most comfortable swag in existence. Grateful for every one of you 💜

Should we??? Curious what that would look like in today's market? === When people look back on a company, they often focus on the clients, milestones, or outcomes. What I remember most though are the people. Over the years, Binc became home to an incredible group of recruiters, operators, and leaders. Some became lifelong friends. Some got married. Many built careers together that continue to this day. There are still alumni groups, group texts, dinners, introductions, and friendships that started through Binc years ago. What makes me proud isn't what we built as a business. Though that was also pretty incredible. It's the community that formed around it. For everyone who was part of that journey, whether as a teammate, client, candidate, or friend. Thank you. Rachad Alao joins as VP, Engineering, leading our North Engineering team. Rachad brings extensive international leadership experience from Meta Superintelligence Labs, where he led the MSL Trust and Safety organization, and Google, where he led the Responsible AI and Google Maps Engineering teams. His expertise in responsible AI, operating systems, and embedded systems will be invaluable as we scale. Paul Teyssier joins as VP, Product AI, leading our product teams. Paul brings 25+ years of experience building global tech businesses and currently serves as Chief Product & Experience Officer at Front. He successfully led large teams through AI transformation and broad adoption. Paul has a proven track record of turning companies into AI-native organizations. I'm incredibly excited about the future with this talented leadership team in place, and look forward to seeing the incredible impact they’ll drive across our engineering and product organizations.
