Joshua Valentine liked thisJoshua Valentine liked thisOk, I am finally ready to make this post. After 20-plus years of military service, I am done with this chapter in the Army. At first, it didn't seem real, but the realization sinks in deeper as the days go on. I am proud of my service, as it has birthed many unique opportunities and accomplishments. I have deployed 7 times, earned the opportunity to safely exit hundreds of jumpers out of multiple aircrafts as a Jumpmaster, and pass on my knowledge to future planners in the Special Operations community. I want to thank everyone that had a hand in developing me into the leader and person I am today. The list is too long to name, but they know who they are. As of 1 August 2022, I am a retired Army veteran. Special thanks go out to #thehonorfoundation, #hiringourheroes, #hiringheroes, and #wellsfargo for making the process of transition nearly painless.
