Jon Yearly liked thisWe are thrilled to announce that we have been recognized as a 2023 Digital Counties Survey winner by the Center for Digital Government, in collaboration with Government Technology News and the National Association of Counties! I am immensely grateful and proud that New Castle County has earned its place on this year's list of top achievers. Our focus on constituent-centric engagement & accessible services led to this achievement. Digital transformation efforts, AI-powered tools, e-payment solutions, and improved connectivity played key roles. Thanks to our incredible team: County Executive Matthew Meyer, Chief Administrative Officer Vanessa S. Phillips, Esq., Jon Yearly, and Adrienne Thompson. We have achieved remarkable milestones, and I am genuinely excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for New Castle County. Together, we'll keep innovating and collaborating to make our county an even better place to live and thrive. https://lnkd.in/gEG73W-J #govtech #stateandlocal #NewCastleCounty #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #Gratitude #AwardWinnersJon Yearly liked thisWe are so excited to share that New Castle County’s Information System Department earned a #3 national rank among counties in the same population category based on the 20th Annual Digital Counties Survey conducted by the Center for Digital Government (CDG) in partnership with the National Association of Counties (NACo). But that’s exactly what happened last week as “The Pathway Home,” a 16-minute documentary produced by the county and directed by Wilmington-based Short Order Production House, won a Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy for long-form content on societal concerns. #netde https://hubs.ly/Q01pcWBj0
