Sometimes the best insights often come when you’re not forcing them. I'm grateful for time off and for the perspective it brings. I love my work - it challenges me, inspires me, and gives me real purpose. That said, recent time away with family reminded me that time off isn’t just “rest” — it’s a mental reset that changes how I think. I was reminded that stepping back for a few days makes room for new connections, clearer priorities, and ideas I wouldn’t have reached in the middle of the grind. Is it the same way for you?
