We're hardwired to look at other people's faces—it goes back to our survival instincts of quickly determining "friend or foe." But here's what most business owners get wrong: they think any face will do. It won't. The Two Face Rules That Change Everything Rule #1: Direct Eye Contact When someone in your marketing looks directly at the viewer, it creates an immediate connection. We're compelled to make eye contact—it's involuntary. Rule #2: Follow the Gaze If the person isn't looking at the camera, their eyes should be looking at your most important message.
