We're coming out of stealth. We've built our first racks after a successful A0 tapeout, $1B+ in customer contracts, and $800m raised. Early customer tests show us achieving SOTA throughput, latency, and power efficiency on inference workloads. Our first racks ship this summer. We're a team of 400+ engineers from NVIDIA, Google TPUs, Broadcom, SK Hynix, TSMC, & more. We're backed by Jane Street, HRT, Two Sigma, and Jump, with strategic investment from VentureTech Alliance. Our inference systems are built to push the entire pareto curve on frontier models, including many-trillion parameter MoEs, long context, and agentic workloads. Today, we're sharing two breakthroughs to make this happen: Low-Voltage Inference (LVI) for high throughput workloads. Today, AI chips can't scale FLOPs without thermal throttling. As FLOPs utilization increases, AI chips draw more power and downregulate clock speed. This often results in sustained inference throughput under half of peak FLOPs. Chips in other industries solve the power problem by running at lower voltages. Bitcoin miners run at under 3x the voltage of AI chips! We’ve designed a new architecture to run our chip’s math blocks at under half the voltage of most AI chips. This enables multiple times the FLOPs density of AI chips today. Cluster-Scale Memory (CSM) for low latency workloads. Today's AI chips using HBM can’t achieve SRAM-level decode speeds due to memory subsystem and interconnect bottlenecks. SRAM-only chips have lower FLOPs density and memory capacity, sacrificing throughput. You’re forced to make a tradeoff: serve at much slower speeds, or run at low batch sizes and suffer from higher costs. When running large MoE models, token routing across experts requires sending data through a deep memory hierarchy and a networking switch to reach a destination expert. Each memory layer inherently adds latency; thus, the best layer is no layer. We’ve designed a new architecture that creates a shared low-latency memory pool across the entire scale-up domain. We use a proprietary ultra-low-latency, high-bandwidth interconnect to enable dramatically faster memory access across chips. Our HBM/SRAM hybrid design solves both memory capacity and mem2mem latency, enabling high throughput and interactivity simultaneously. CSM improves latency and avoids today's cost, reliability, yield, thermal, and compute tradeoffs of SRAM-only chips, 3D DRAM chips, or optics. We're scaling production as fast as possible. We built a 2MW datacenter in our office and opened a Taiwan factory for 24/7 engineering. Performance, roadmap, and more updates are coming this summer. The statistics for women investors can feel grim (16% of VCs are women). Three years ago, Alina A. and I decided to change the narrative by building a community of women investors, VCs, angels, and CVCs. We quickly realized that building a true community is much more than email lists and networking events. To really connect, we need time to talk about life, share interests beyond our investment portfolios, and get comfortable with one another—over good food and cocktails, of course! We focused on hosting small, curated gatherings where our only goal was "friendmaking." As we approach our three-year anniversary,  we are proud of the many successes we’ve celebrated: from sharing panel opportunities and co-investing to going on long hikes and swapping recommendations for everything from personal trainers to physicians. We’ve been enriched, both professionally and personally. Thank you all for helping us co-create a community that stays as far from "shark-infested waters" as possible. I am excited to announce that Shoffr is launching city rides (point to point) in Bangalore and Hyderabad. If you've been following us, you know we've been running this as a pilot in NCR since April. And there has been much to learn, most of it centered around the comparatively fast-moving nature of city rides. While we follow the pre booking model, city rides come in with typically half the notice period as compared to other types of trips. They are also shorter in duration and and higher in count leading to added pressure on operations to manage more trips than they would have otherwise. So the last 60-ish days have been spent tightening our operational processes and enhancing our technology stack to handle the higher throughput of booking while maintaining the same quality standards. The results - brilliant! City rides are now 15% of our total trips and consistently rate higher that other formats in NCR. Which has now given us the confidence to launch them in both Bangalore and Hyderabad. Your office commute, cafe run, pub hangout - they're all on us now. As always, prebook atleast 5-6 hours prior lest we run out of slots.

Today marks one year since I became CEO of Neythri.org When I accepted the position, I knew I was inheriting something special. What I did not fully appreciate was how much the experience would change me. This past year has stretched me in every possible way. It has challenged me to think bigger, listen more deeply, make difficult decisions, embrace uncertainty, and lead with both conviction and humility. I have learned that leadership is less about having all the answers and more about creating the conditions for others to thrive. Most of all, I have been reminded that community building is some of the most meaningful work one can do. Over the last twelve months, together we have continued to strengthen and grow Neythri's mission of fostering, engaging, and advancing a global community of South Asian professional women committed to helping each other succeed. What makes me most proud is not the number of events we have hosted or programs we have launched. It is the breadth and depth of the conversations we are now having as a community. We are exploring AI and the future of work. We are talking about health, philanthropy, purpose, reinvention, and legacy. We are creating opportunities for meaningful connection, learning, mentorship, and sponsorship. We are building partnerships with organizations and leaders who share our belief in the power of investing in women. I am proud of what we have accomplished together. But I am even more excited about what lies ahead. The world is changing rapidly, and our responsibility is to help women prepare for that reality. That means continuing to create spaces where women can learn, grow, and support one another while building stronger bridges to the broader ecosystem around us, including male allies and leaders from every background. And that is why I believe so deeply in the power of gathering. When ambitious leaders come together, ideas become action. Mentors become sponsors. Acquaintances become collaborators.
