This means that rather than going through a formal election, an independent third party will verify that our petition represents a majority of LCM employees, a process that reflects the trust that both sides are bringing to this next chapter. The settlement also includes mutual commitments from both the union and management to move forward in good faith and we intend to hold all parties, including ourselves, to those terms. While this has been an exciting and at times challenging process for the whole unit, we appreciate LCM management's willingness to work with us, and we look forward to a productive relationship as we move into contract negotiations and the bargaining phase of our campaign with the same energy and solidarity that got us here. #LastCallUnited #TechUnion #UnionizeTech #TechLabor

We took this step deliberately and in good faith. Our goals are straightforward: transparency, an equitable workplace, and a clear path for growth for the people who are here, who care, and who do the work. After careful consideration, we believe collective bargaining is the strongest path to build that future. We are proud to be joining peers across the civic tech and digital services space who have taken this step including Nava United and Code for America Workers United, as well as the Tech Workers Coalition who has supported others in our industry. Here's what I think of entrepreneurship 👇 When you're starting out, it's like throwing mud at the wall and just hoping something will stick. In the beginning it seems hopeless. 😬 Over time as you throw more and more of it, the wall becomes stickier from all the previous mud you've been throwing at it so eventually more and more of it will start sticking to the wall. 📈 If someone had told me 1.5 years ago that in one and a half year's time you'll be able to sign up one of the biggest banks in the Nordics as a client in less than a month and launch a product for them, I would have thought that person is crazy. + designed ~350Kw of multifamily project proposals, to assist the the Commercial Solar Project Developer with targeted sales outreach
+ concepted, prototyped, and implemented a sales lead grading system for identifying high-yield opportunities for multifamily and commercial sales proposals
+ personally helped install 20Kw of PV…GRID Alternatives is a non-profit solar installer, specializing in systems for single and multifamily low-income housing. While volunteering with them, I:

I lead the team that architected, designed, built, and launched this platform to several thousand paying customers within 6 weeks from start to finish, using the Bubble.io no-code platform.

🔥 Hot take: the bar for pre-sales effort is way lower than it should be. Met with 5 design + build Webflow agencies over the last week and... Only *one* came prepared. He'd seen my LI post mentioning the project (which every agency meeting I took was directly a result of), reviewed our sitemap, mapped out migration + unique config we need, included timeline + costs, and brought sharp specific questions. The result? On our very first call I felt that we had already started working together on the project 🧠 *Without having spent a dime btw Every other call felt like I had dropped out of the sky into their Zoom meeting. High-level questions, no prep, no specificity. Just... “So tell me about the project.” 🤨 I get that if you're absolutely flooded with inbound / certain size team, bandwidth for solid pre-work might not always be there. But to win deals in competitive categories, it needs to be. Not even mentioning how much of this work can be handled by integrating AI into your GTM stack. Booked meetings / demos shouldn't feel like a cold call. Come in hot 🔥 #sales

PM career ladders are rigged. Too many levels, checklists of 20+ items. Way more complicated than the job actually is. You think: I need to hit all of these to get promoted. Sometimes that’s intentional – one missing checkbox being enough to justify a no. I’ve always seen ladders more simply. Those checklists aren’t requirements. They’re tools. You almost never need all of them at once. Here is my POV: - APM: Ship what’sprioritized for you. - PM: Ship relentlessly. Start prioritizing. Create impact. - Senior PM: Be a consistent impact machine. - Lead/Staff PM: Impact extends beyond your team. Others ship because of you. - Senior Staff PM: Set a long-term POV. Multiple teams ship your vision. - Principle/Director: Drive multiple bets. Even that’s too many levels. In reality, there are three different jobs at best: PM → Lead → Director. AI companies probably to it best. Just the PM job. Less roles in geral. Fewer games. Pure impact. Curious how others see this. Am I way off?

Founders don’t fail because they choose wrong people. They fail because they never define the rules. Who owns product decisions? Who controls budget allocation? What happens when opinions conflict? Alignment isn’t a feeling. It’s an operating design choice. I'm curious, how early did you define structure in your startup?
