GRID Alternatives is a non-profit solar installer, specializing in systems for single and multifamily low-income housing. While volunteering with them, I:
+ designed ~350Kw of multifamily project proposals, to assist the the Commercial Solar Project Developer with targeted sales outreach
+ concepted, prototyped, and implemented a sales lead grading system for identifying high-yield opportunities for multifamily and commercial sales proposals

+ personally helped install 20Kw of PV systems on 7 low-income single-family homes (yup, I got on the roof!)
+ volunteered over 200 hours across array installation, warehouse logistics, and multifamily & commercial sales operations
+ mentored new volunteers in installing roof racking & panels, and proper wire management
