Jason Huff liked thisJason Huff liked thisTeam Director Edwin Sanchez and I had a killer day in DFW Central this week. We visited four recent NROs and a HEEP restaurant. All I can say is WOW! The FLs and restaurant teams were world class, nailing all the basics. When we discussed what is helping them succeed the answer was focusing on being “Great at the Basics”. They run to the food and ensure it is exceptional and when opportunities arise they fix them shoulder to shoulder to teach what great is. Then, they do a thorough owners path identifying opportunities fixing in the moment and removing obstacles. After that they celebrate with the team. Wash, Rinse and Repeat. Now that’s a recipe for success. Well done DFW Central and thank you for demonstrating what drives your success. #LETSDOTHIS
