Beyond building brands, we're scaling a powerhouse of science-backed household names, including PanOxyl, Blue Lizard, StriVectin, and Sarna. These are brands that consumers trust and that dermatologists recommend, and seeing the passion this team brings to growing them under the Revance portfolio has me more excited than ever about what's ahead.

I had the opportunity to speak at Revance’s brand planning meeting about the retention strategy behind PanOxyl, and to spend real time with the wider team thinking through what’s next for our brand portfolio. It also felt like a good moment to reflect on some of the results retention marketing has driven across our brands since last year: 📈 Blue Lizard: +234% YoY open rate, +290% YoY click rate 📈 PanOxyl: +56% YoY open rate, click-through rate 111% above competitor benchmarks (Klaviyo data assessed against our peer group) 📈 StriVectin: +20% YoY increase in revenue per recipient Proud of these numbers, but more than that, proud of what they represent: sharper segmentation, smarter lifecycle strategy, and a LOT of testing that’s finally paying off! Beyond the presentations, it was so good to spend time with colleagues in person, share some laughs, and remember just how much fun this team is outside of Teams messages and video calls, Huge thank you to Revance for bringing us together, and to my colleagues for making the week such a good one. Grateful to be part of this hard working team 🙌

Janelle Wichmann liked thisJanelle Wichmann liked thisI spent this past Wednesday morning at the Obama Presidential Center for The Executives' Club of Chicago conversation about soccer's rise in America and what it means for a city like ours. With the 2026 World Cup reaching fever pitch, it was such a treat to hear from Laura Ricketts, Dan Moriarty, Alyssa Naeher, and Michael Strautmanis , with Phil Clement moderating. We talked about ownership, community, and what it takes to build something lasting in this sport, and honestly a lot of it sounded familiar to me. The sport changes, but the momentum doesn't. Soccer or the WNBA, it's the same story. Leagues, cities, and community partners working together toward something bigger than any one game. Chicago isn't slowing down. This upcoming week we get to host the AT&T WNBA All-Star 2026, thirty years in the making, with the best players in the world right here in our backyard. This city knows how to throw a party, but more than that, we know how to build a legacy. Thank you to the The Executives' Club of Chicago for putting this together, and to the Obama Foundation for such a meaningful venue. See many of you back there this week for our WNBA All-Star Host Committee Media & Innovation Summit!
