“Jana was both a great supervisor who listened and offered great guidance, but also a solid resource for technical questions. I would happily work with her again in the future given the option. She was able to create a welcoming, and open workspace for her employees to feel heard and connect with one another. By encouraging more open communication between team members across different projects, she created room for conversations that would not have happened otherwise. This helped build the team dynamic and created a network of fresh perspectives. While I didn't often get a chance to work with her on projects, her input on what I was working on was valuable.
