Huang sees it as the entry fee for building something important. ▪️ Innovation begins with experimentation ▪️ Experimentation comes from exploration ▪️ Exploration always produces some failure The key is not avoiding mistakes but spotting dead ends early and changing direction fast. Huang calls this intellectual honesty — the discipline to ask if something still makes sense and the courage to pivot when it does not. Without risk there is no experimentation.
