3 years at Everpure today! 🧡 It’s wild to think about how much has changed in that time. I started as a team of one, and now we’re a team of five. We’ve gone from Pure Storage to Everpure. And along the way, we’ve created moments that made people feel more connected. From employee and family events, to reimagining onboarding with Everpure Connect, to building a global network of employee experience champions. We’ve accomplished so much. What I’m most grateful for is the people. I get to work with some truly incredible humans every day. Plus, grateful for my team, who bring so much heart and intention to the employee experience. Six-plus months into leading Global Sales Talentful. Here's what's stuck with me: this industry is moving faster than most people admit. I spent that time in rooms with people who build talent teams for a living. From Transform in Las Vegas, to State of TA in New York and San Francisco, to our own Higher Summits in San Francisco and London. The takeaway was always the same: AI isn't a "someday" for talent acquisition. It's already here. But the part that gets lost in the hype: the leaders pulling ahead aren't just the ones adopting AI the fastest. They're the ones who know it's still their people doing the winning. I've been lucky throughout my career to work at companies where incredible humans embrace new tools without losing the humanness that actually drives success. Talentful is exactly that kind of place. Genuinely embedded inside some of the fastest-growing, most innovative companies in the world, helping them do one of the most critical jobs there is to growing a business: hiring the right people. On our end: we built a global sales team from scratch, spanning enterprise, startup, and scale-up. Listened to what the market needed and adapted to that, while keeping true to the core principles that have driven our success for the past 11 years. And the results? Incredible growth, a pipeline that has nearly doubled year over year and more opportunity ahead of us than there is behind us. None of it happens solo. I've learned as much from our clients as they've learned from us, and I get to do this alongside amazing people from every corner of Talentful. Six-plus months in. More energized than day one. Excited for what's next.

A few days at Everpure//Accelerate and I feel more optimistic than ever about the future of data management and storage, thanks to the time I spent with our amazing customers and partners. 🧡 This week, I had the privilege of recognizing organizations that are transforming how they manage, protect, and unlock the value of their data. While the technology is impressive, what always stands out to me are the people behind it - the leaders willing to challenge the status quo, the teams solving hard problems, and the organizations brave enough to bet on a different future. Every award winner started with a challenge, a bold idea, and a team willing to do the hard work of making change happen. Innovation rarely arrives as a lightning bolt. More often, it's a thousand thoughtful decisions, a few calculated risks, plenty of healthy debate, and the persistence to keep moving forward when the path isn't obvious. Big congratulations to: 🏆 CSX, our North America Breakthrough Award winner, for reimagining what's possible through modernization and innovation. 🏆 M&T Bank, recognized with our Data Resilience Hero Award, for building a strong foundation that enables millions of customers to confidently and securely achieve their financial goals. 🏆 Adobe, winner of our Sustainable Future Award, for scaling the infrastructure behind its content supply chain and AI initiatives while lowering its energy and carbon footprint. Aaron from Adobe also wins for being taller than Coz! (evidence in the photos) 🏆 AT&T, our Cloud Champion Award winner, for defining the future of cloud-native telecommunications with unmatched agility and efficiency. One of my favorite highlights of the week was sitting down with Charles Sheppard from St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Charles received our Community Ambassador Award for his leadership of the Cincinnati Everpure User Group (PUG for short 🐶) and for the impact he's had on the broader Everpure community. What resonated most with me was his advice on growth: get comfortable being uncomfortable, and don’t be afraid to fail.  And that's a lesson that has served me well throughout my career. Growth rarely happens when we're playing it safe. It happens when we're willing to take the stretch assignment, have the hard conversation, try something new, and occasionally get it wrong. This week marks 11 years at Everpure, and a conversation triggered me to reflect on my first day. I can vividly recall what I wore, navigating the parking on Castro St., and the mix of emotions that come when adapting to a new role. Despite coming from a non-sales background and entering a competitive sales environment, my colleagues were always supportive and checked in to ensure I was set up for success. Numerous times people have asked about the company and its evolution over the years. While there have been changes (too many to count!) I’ve found it crucial to remain grounded in what has remained consistent: the culture, values, and one-team mentality that resonate throughout HQ and globally! What a week it was at BetterUp’s Uplift 2026 conference in San Francisco! There’s something powerful about being in a room full of people leaders who care deeply about building better workplaces and aren’t afraid to challenge how we get there. It’s inspiring to see organizations - large and small - putting people first. 🧡 A few ideas stuck with me. First, trust changes everything. It drives how teams move, share, and lead. The strongest cultures aren’t the loudest… they’re the ones grounded in trust. Second, AI isn’t a substitute for people - it’s a catalyst. The real opportunity is in how we redesign work to expand what’s possible for our employees. And maybe most importantly, values matter most in moments of change. The organizations navigating change best are clear on who they are and what they stand for. I also had the great honor of joining Loren Hudson, Sarah Gretczko and Kevin Delaney on a panel focused on building cultures that innovate within constraints. Intentionally designed tension is a growth enabler; it sharpens thinking and speeds up decisions. I see this every day when our Legal, People and Sustainability/Social Impact teams collaborate as one unit. 🤝 Thank you to BetterUp (and particularly to Rob Schlanser and Caitlin Sanford, MBA) for your strong partnership and to my wonderful team at Everpure for showing up strong this week!
