Heather Henry shared thisI am a big believer in this! 👏🏼Heather Henry shared thisGreat leaders aren’t know-it-alls who continuously try to outshine everyone. Instead, they admit when they’re wrong and genuinely want to learn from others. It’s not about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about building a team with the most intelligent people you can find. When you build a team, you must see their strength as a complement to your weakness, not a threat to your position or authority, according to Christine Cain. No one is an expert in everything; the most robust businesses are built on the most brilliant people – not on one person. It’s not about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about building a team with the most intelligent people you can find and inspiring everyone on your team to believe in the impossible. Heather Henry shared thisThere is so much truth in this!Heather Henry shared thisLeaders who understand that leading others is a privilege also know that no one is an expert in everything. The most influential businesses are built by a team of people committed to helping the organization achieve its vision and purpose. According to Brian Scudamore, I've learned that strong leaders don't fight to have the first and last word. Instead, they listen to their teams, ask the right questions, and give everyone the chance to contribute. Why do so many leaders seem to forget that leading others more than anything else should be held in reverence? You are privileged to be in a position where you can direct, shape, and focus the potential of people to a specific result. Remember, leadership is all about people, inspiring people to believe that the impossible is possible, developing and building people to perform at heights they never imagine, and it's all about inspiring your team to become the very best version of themselves. When you understand that, your company will become one of the best in the world. Today, we’re excited to launch ‘The Crunch Prix’ - the latest chapter of Doritos’ global Taste the Thrill platform in partnership with Formula 1, bringing the intensity, excitement and sensory experience of race day to fans everywhere. Because while millions of fans may never sit in the grandstands, they experience the passion of the sport in their own way: often at home from their couch, with a bag (or bags) of Doritos in hand. Created by Goodby Silverstein & Partners and directed by Antonine Bardou-Jacquet, with VFX by Untold Studios., ‘The Crunch Prix’ takes the familiar ritual of eating Doritos and watching Formula 1 from the couch and pushes it to its most extraordinary speed limit. We were thrilled to welcome the iconic David Croft to voice the film, adding another layer of flavor and authenticity to the work. The film premiered ahead of the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026 and will also roll out across social and out-of-home platforms. From our new campaign to the Doritos Thrill Zone at Silverstone this weekend featuring some amazing Doritos Loaded recipes from our new global partner Gordon Ramsay, we’re excited to keep finding new ways to help fans Taste the Thrill. I have so much gratitude for the opportunities to show up and celebrate Juneteenth. Despite what it may feel like at times, we cannot forget just how free we actually are. That being said, I will not take for granted the magnitude of what it means to BOLDLY CELEBRATE FREEDOM❤️🤍💙🖤🤎 On a personal note, I am still screaming internally and jumping for joy that I got to meet Kirk Franklin🤩😬 #Juneteenth #FidelityAssociate #BOLD

Heather Henry reacted on thisWhat an incredible honor - 2026 Dallas 500 by D CEO Magazine. A massive thank you to D CEO Magazine for the recognition. I am especially grateful to be a leader at Capital One, a company that genuinely walks the walk when it comes to "Changing Banking for Good." Having the backing of such an innovative and customer-first organization makes all the difference. Congratulations to my fellow honorees! #Technology #CapitalOne #Dallas500 #DCEO #LeadershipHeather Henry reacted on thisMeet the Dallas 500: Indu Jain, Capital One’s VP of Technology Over the last two decades with capital one, Indu Jain has held eight different titles, leading up to her current role of VP of technology in the financial services firm’s Plano offices. Her work has involved migrating the company to the cloud from mainframes. “Recently we launched Chat Concierge, a multiagentic conversational AI assistant for car buyers and dealers,” she says. “It has been amazing to see the company at the forefront of AI innovation.” Still, she advises caution given the pace of technological advancement. “Sometimes the industry gets overexcited about new technologies that don’t yield meaningful results. We need to be willing to cut losses and move on to the next thing.”

I had an amazing time in Park City—connecting with new and old friends (especially Ginger, the mini Highland cow), experiencing super thoughtful moments at every turn, and leaving inspired after hearing speakers like Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski. Feeling very grateful! #FidelityAssociate

Heather Henry reacted on thisHeather Henry reacted on thisWe have been conditioned to believe that leadership is a destination reached by a promotion, stamped with a shiny new title, and validated by a corner office. But corporate hierarchy has a dirty secret: authority can buy compliance, but it can never buy commitment. We don't need a title to lead. We just need to care. The most profound influencers in any organization rarely carry the loftiest designations. They are the individuals who listen when someone is struggling, who protect the team from blame, and who celebrate others without demanding the spotlight. People would rather follow a leader with a heart than a leader with a title. When you lead with empathy, you pull people toward a shared vision rather than pushing them toward a metric. True leadership isn't about being in charge; it’s about taking care of those in your charge. It’s an action, a choice, and a daily commitment to humanity. Redefine what power looks like in your organization. Heather Henry reacted on thisHeather Henry reacted on thisLong after the fiscal year ends and the spreadsheets are archived, what remains of your leadership? It isn't the targets you hit or the data points you mastered. It is the footprint you left on another human soul. Right now, there is an employee out there who is still inspired by you, because you were kind to them when times were tough. Think about the power of that reality. In their darkest professional hour—when anxiety was high, a mistake was made, or personal grief bled into office hours—you chose grace over grit. You didn’t see a resource to be managed; you saw a human to be supported. That single moment of empathy didn't just save their day; it reshaped their entire trajectory. Your kindness became the anchor that kept them grounded and the fuel that kept them believing in themselves. This is what it means to build a true legacy. Titles are temporary, but the way you make people feel is permanent. Be that leader who leaves this legacy. Inject a culture of unforgettable empathy into your organization. Transform your workplace into a sanctuary of lasting inspiration—order copies of my book, The Blueprint of Leadership, on Amazon for your entire team today—and start building a leadership legacy that truly matters.
