I believe I know a good path forward to help slowdown bad actors, while allowing lawful business communicate with their customers. Thoughts? Rick

The FCC is being remarkably productive considering the government is shut down. In this case, it turns out the road to an all-IP telecom network has to go through another massive NPRM. This one was released yesterday and is another 40+ pages of "light" reading. It's eye-opening how complex this rule-making is, and just how many economic and regulatory issues that have to be dealt with to make the all-IP transition happen. A place we all want to get to, but that's apparently has quite a winding road to get there. https://lnkd.in/gDBgjm38
