The Global Village Project is an innovative special purpose middle school for refugee girls with interrupted schooling. This small program focuses on a strengths-based approach and intensive instruction in English language and literacy, academic subjects, and the arts. The girls range in age from 11 to 19 years old, their families come from 10 countries, and they speak 17 different languages.
