It's been a while since I've posted... Between starting a new job, tying up all the loose ends at my last job, meeting new colleagues, back to travelling for work, and settling into a new organization, LinkedIn has taken a back seat, However, I wanted to come on here to share that I've officially reached my 90-day milestone at AM Best. I don't take that for granted. After a large-scale layoff from Verizon, I know how fortunate I was to find an opportunity so quickly, and one that checked all the boxes in terms of my experience. I've found myself saying at times that it feels as if my new job was made for me! It is a perfect fit. At the same time, I'm mindful that many of my former colleagues are still searching for their next chapter, and please know that I am still here as a resource. Many have reached out asking for advice, and my weekly calls with my ex-Verizon employees are still going strong amid my absence. I am proud of that. As I reflect on my first 90 days, a few things stand out: • I've learned an entirely new set of acronyms, in an entirely new industry—some of which I'm still trying to figure out. It can be daunting • I've gained a deeper appreciation for different types of organizations. Having worked in both a Fortune 20 company and now a smaller, family-owned business, I've seen firsthand that each environment offers valuable opportunities to learn and grow. Same goes for start-ups, which I have plenty of experience with as well • I've had the opportunity to share my perspective and expertise with my direct reports, and I've appreciated being able to contribute to important conversations and initiatives • I've prepared decks and presented to the CEO several times already. Having that level of visibility and engagement has been motivating. • I've attended two industry events in just three months. Continuous learning has always been important to me, I feel that is the best way to learn honestly. And I'm grateful to work for an organization that invests in their people. Ninety days in, I'm still learning every day, but I'm excited about what's ahead and grateful for the people who have helped make my transition such a positive experience. To my V-Teamers...I will always bleed red. I do miss the people and the company that was my home for 10+ years. I'm glad that so many of us have stayed in touch, and I value the friendships I made along the way. I'm always here if you need me- I'm happy to share my experience.

After 40+ years in IT, with 16+ of them in various roles in IBM, I am now happily retired !! I'm very much looking forward to what comes next 😁

Today I celebrate with utter gratitude and pride the 20 year anniversary of my journey here at BrandActive. Gratitude to my original two Partners James Burn and Robynne Budish and the remarkable company we have built - as well as all of the adventures and learning along the way. And - gratitude and pride for my other two Partners Vladimir Kačar and Patrick Heath as they shepherd the company forward in strength in what we do so well as well as into so many new and exciting places. And - most importantly to all of the employees at all levels that have made it all possible on the ground every day, as well as all of the clients that keep us doing great work, with great people, and having a great time doing it. Looking back its remarkable to think that we have been able to work with 50 of the Fortune 100, over 150 of the Fortune 500 and countless others. Starting from 4 people in a small office in Toronto - I am honestly beside myself at how this journey has unfolded. Thank you. Thank you - everyone. Cheers to all of you.

After 27 years at CHUBB I have officially retired. March 24th was my last working day. Looking forward to some quiet days with my family. Best wishes to all I have worked with along the way. Warmest regards.

I am humbled and thankful to God and my whole community that has supported me on my doctoral journey. This achievement is ending of one thing and the start of another work. Looking forward to having a larger impact in the community and the world. To God be the glory!

36 Years. 9 Roles. 1 Verizon Family. Today, I’m hanging up the badge and the laptop as I retire after an incredible 36-year journey with Verizon. When I started in 1990, the world was a very different place. I’ve had the unique privilege of seeing this industry from every possible angle—from the physical wires in the ground to the strategic vision in the boardroom. My path was a true "climb," and I am so proud of the evolution: 🏗️ The Technical Roots: Outside Technician ➡️ Central Office Technician ➡️ Tier 2 Network Support 🚀 The Strategic Pivot: Product Manager ➡️ Project Manager ➡️ Contract Manager 📈 The Leadership Leap: Program Manager ➡️ Portfolio Manager ➡️ Associate Director of the PMO I’ve been fortunate to work on some of the most transformative projects in telecommunications, including Prospect Data Store, Fios Video, Fios Advertising, Case Management, +Play, Satellite to Device, Dropship, and Value Prop Plans and Promotions. But as any veteran knows, the tech is just the "what." The "who" is what matters. To the mentors who took a chance on a technician and the colleagues who challenged me to lead—thank you. You didn't just help me build a career; you helped me grow as a person.
