Garrett Collins shared thisIt’s been a ride and we’re just getting started…thankful for this rockstar team!Garrett Collins shared this🎉 Celebrating 1 Year of Garrett Collins at MAG Partners LP! 🎉 A year ago, Garrett joined the MAG Partners team as an Associate, diving into the world of development and capital markets with his characteristic blend of precision and quiet determination. Whether underwriting complex investments, managing the many inbounds from our partners, lenders and capital prospects, or closing deals, Garrett brings a steady hand and sharp mind to everything he touches. Outside the office, Garrett balances spreadsheets with marathon sprints—literally! Fresh off running the NYC Marathon, he’s proof that endurance, grit, and a touch of fun are the keys to getting things done, both on and off the racecourse. Here’s to Garrett’s first year at MAG Partners and the miles (and milestones) ahead. 🚀 Cheers to a fantastic colleague, runner, and quiet force in making things happen!

Garrett Collins shared thisOn October 22, I will be participating in a 5k race benefitting the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD). 100% of the proceeds that I raise as a CHaD HERO will go towards funding and sustaining critical child and family services including the Child Life Program, Molly’s Place and the Child Advocacy & Protection Program. My goal is to raise $200 by race day. A donation of even just $1 will help ensure that kids and families of the Upper Valley receive critical services that they might depend on. Garrett Collins liked thisGarrett Collins liked thisPart 2 of my Dining In at KKR Conversation with James Foye is out, and in this one, we dig even deeper, both professionally and personally. In case you missed it, James and I sat down to discuss the evolution of KKR’s Real Assets business over coffee in Part 1. The second part of our conversation dives deeper into our Real Estate business, how we think about investing across sectors and cycles, and the role asset classes like infrastructure and real estate can play in building resilient portfolios. We explored why a long-term investment horizon can be a powerful advantage during periods of uncertainty, how structural trends are shaping opportunities across real estate and infrastructure, and the importance of remaining disciplined amid changing market conditions. Beyond investing, we also touched on leadership, parenting, and the ongoing challenge of balancing professional and personal priorities. Thank you, James, for the thoughtful conversation. I hope you enjoy the discussion: https://go.kkr.com/4eX6POy

Garrett Collins liked thisGarrett Collins liked thisHappy to share that a few weeks ago, I completed a Financial Modeling & Valuation bootcamp with Financial Edge Training x HEC Paris Most of my career has been focused on the product. Yet lately, I've become increasingly interested in the business logic that determines how products, and brands, are actually valued. After a 3-day Financial Modeling Intensive earlier this year, and now this bootcamp, I've been thinking more about the gap between what makes a brand desirable and what makes it valuable. In industries like luxury (surprise!), much of what drives demand is quite intangible, and I find this absolutely fascinating. The bootcamp itself was dense in the best way. We built full financial models from scratch, including DCF valuations and LBO analyses, working through capital structure, debt instruments, and returns analysis. Selfishly enough, it feeds directly into my capstone project, which will dig into exactly that tension between creativity and capital within the luxury industry. More on that soon! Grateful to the Financial Edge team, HEC Talents team, and HEC MBA Finance Club for making this one happen. #HECParis #FinancialModeling #LuxuryIndustryHEC Paris Bootcamp April/May 2026 • Kimberlee John • Financial Edge TrainingHEC Paris Bootcamp April/May 2026 • Kimberlee John • Financial Edge Training

Garrett Collins liked thisGarrett Collins liked thisA few years back, I started a tradition of watching The Devil Wears Prada before my first day at a new job. So it feels especially serendipitous to share that I recently began my newest chapter at Prada Group. I’m thrilled to have joined the Client Services team, where I’ll be pairing my experience in omnichannel support operations with my passion for luxury and exceptional customer experiences. I’m excited to learn, grow, and contribute alongside such a talented team. Here’s to new beginnings, and to proving that sometimes life really does imitate art!

Garrett Collins liked thisGarrett Collins liked thisThis is truly a story of persistence and discipline. Seven years ago, we started working on 122 Varick Street. Through Covid, the WFH shift and interest rate volatility, this deal was not a straight line. That is what makes today's closing that much sweeter. Going back to 2019, there have been three constants at 122 Varick: 1) Our founding MAG Partners team led by CEO MaryAnne Gilmartin and Principal Ashley Cotton. Their "never quit" attitude carried this deal through every cycle. 2) Cynthia Hardy Maasry at Trinity Church trusted us, and we trusted her in return. 3) Kevin Donner at Cushman and Wakefield led this process on behalf of Trinity with professionalism and integrity. To the entire MAG Partners team: this does not happen without seven years of unglamorous...hard work. Garrett Collins liked thisTrinity Church has been an exceptional partner, stewarding this land for centuries. As we bring 122 Varick to life, we do so with a deep respect for that legacy and a commitment to carry it forward. I am grateful to Cynthia Hardy Maasry for the friendship and trust she has shown us. Special thanks to my partner Jeff Rosen for driving this deal to an outstanding result.Garrett Collins liked thisWe’re proud to announce the development of 122 Varick Street in Manhattan’s Hudson Square. This new ground-up residential tower will be delivered in partnership with Global Holdings Management Group, building on the success of our work together at Anagram Turtle Bay and our shared commitment to quality, execution, and long-term value creation. Structured as a long-term ground lease with Trinity Church, the project will bring 149 thoughtfully designed homes—including 25% permanently affordable housing—to one of New York’s fastest-evolving neighborhoods, just steps from the new Disney headquarters. Designed with a forward-thinking approach, the building will reflect the energy and evolution of Hudson Square. With Trinity Church as our ground lessor—an institution that has stewarded this land for over three centuries—we approach this project with a long-term perspective and a focus on delivering lasting value for the next 100 years.
