“I worked as team lead on a project using golang that Eric joined at IBM. Eric had little to no experience using golang when he came onto the team. He was very proactive in learning golang and quickly was able to be a full contributor to the project. Eric also actively asked for additional responsibilities and took over as our team lead for globalization. This included major rewrites of our messaging code as well as working with the globalization team to incorporate translations of our messages. He also took on rewriting the web pages for our team using the gatsby theme of carbon and we continue to use and update these web pages to this day. Eric is a skilled, hard working programmer who I would highly recommend anyone to hire.”
