"The Paychex sales culture is energetic, highly competitive, and focused on both individual achievement and client satisfaction. It’s a place for those motivated by results and growth." 2. What key moments/ experiences shaped you as a sales leader today? "I think everyone in their life experiences doubt, but the more you rely on your natural abilities to multitask, lead, and simply believe in yourself your inner confidence and determination to prove capability takes over. Time and time again I have had to prove myself and realized it only made me more resilient." 3. What advice would you give to women building a career in sales? "Find multiple mentors, this could be at your place of business or local networking groups. Getting insight from all types of women with different backgrounds will give you an advantage and a space for constructive feedback.
