Eric Laine shared this"[Surveyors] are not satisfied with web-based solutions because most of these do not provide believable accuracy statistics." I hear the sentiment above a lot from those who are looking into drone-surveying but don't have the time to learn the complexities of processing their own data. People also get burned by accuracy claims from some and then assume similar claims are also misleading. My advice: Be sure to ask for customer references when looking into "survey-grade" solutions.

Eric Laine liked thisEric Laine liked thisWhen I joined @Rubrik back in 2020, we had a vision for what our premier conference, Rubrik Forward, could eventually become. We’ve had some incredible virtual and hybrid moments since then, but the goal was always to eventually bring this community together, in person, at scale. I’m thrilled to finally say: We are doing it. 🗓️ 3 Days 🎤 50+ Sessions 🎉 1 Epic Party (because we’ve waited long enough to celebrate together) At Forward, we're creating space to tackle what matters: → How do we defend against AI-powered cyber threats using AI itself? → What does it take to securely transform into an AI enterprise? → How do we stay ahead when everything is changing so fast? I couldn't be more proud of the team making it happen. And to the entire Rubrik community—I hope to see you there!

Eric Laine liked thisEric Laine liked thisToday marks 7 years sober 🙏 But it took losing my dad to get there. The worst thing that ever happened to me was in the strangest, most unexpected way, also a gift. Since his sudden death, I went from AE to VP. The career stuff feels nice but secondary. The real win is who I've become. More present, more focused, more intentional. A better partner, an imperfect but engaged dad, and more real version of myself. It's hard to see it in the moment but on the other side of rock bottom is the comeback. Going through it? Trying to get sober? Hit me up in DM or text, 719.310.3183. 🤍

Eric Laine liked thisEric Laine liked thisAfter 8 incredible years at Netflix, I'm off to the next chapter. Man. Netflix is a special place. Incredibly grateful to have had the chance to work with creators I admire, on titles that I love and with the amazing people who make Netflix, Netflix. Stranger Things, Outer Banks, Night Agent, MONSTER, & so many, many more. A huge thank you to those who helped shaped my journey, and those who pushed me - and the work and the wildest ideas imaginable - to be the very best. And now on to the next! Couldn't be more excited to rejoin forces with the greatest of the greats - Jennie Wilkes - and the amazing team at Paramount shaping what is to be the next century of storytelling at such a legacy and iconic brand. Grateful for the past, and all still ahead. LFG 💥

Eric Laine liked thisEric Laine liked thisProud to announce the Nooks President Club 2025 winners 🏆 This wasn’t your typical auto qualify setup. If it was 22/25 sellers would be going as our average AE hit 143% to goal. Earning a seat meant passing reps who were also above quota, breaking records, and going into the millions. Huge congrats to the crew below, who went above and beyond: 🔥 Jillian Fama — #1 AE at the company across all segments and 25+ reps 💅🏽 Tanaree S. — top SMB → now in MM 💪🏽 Javier Cardona — top Commercial → now MM 🐶 Jared Dietz — rookie of the Year (mid-year promo) 🔥 Ryan Getz — rising star award for new AE hire + nearly top SMB 🏄🏼♂️ Stu Butts — joined, ramped, and crushed life in MM. Finished 2/12. 💜 Shara Davoodi — top manager → now Director of Sales (post coming soon) You raised the bar for everyone. Thank you. Next stop, Mexico 🏝️

Eric Laine liked thisEric Laine liked thisBeing accepted as one of the recipients of an Early-Stage Innovator Pass for the flagship Sustainable Apparel and Textiles Conference at Innovation Forum has me reflecting! 2026 will be a year of transitions for me as both a founder and a mother. The conference will be nearly 3 years that I found out I was pregnant with my sweet son, as well as going completely virtual. All my creative energy was turned inward on creating the conditions for his little soul to pass through my body. Because of that, the "only" energy I had to give was my intellect, even to today that feels only half present. What an incredible opportunity that was because it allowed me to go heads down, strip out all the fluff and build something slowly but surely. Fast forward to now, for the first time, little ol' me recognized as an innovator and will be in person again! 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 and I'm grateful to have found a corner of the world where I can plug myself in. Speaking of plugged in, when I asked Niamh Campbell what the organization found appealing in my application, this was her response: "Yes of course. What really stood out was how you are solving an actual headache in the industry. Brands are dealing with certification fatigue and material innovators are constantly redoing testing every time they scale. Mind the Chain's 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 feels refreshingly practical. The idea of 3rd party verifiers applying data across multiple certifications at once could genuinely lighten the admin load, increase visibility without exposing supplier IP, and help new materials get adopted more quickly." You'll notice there's no speak of Green Chemistry in her response because I never mentioned it in my application. Maybe one day it will be mainstream, but right now it's overwhelming and misunderstood by the masses. My husband is probably tired of hearing about creating change "obliquely" 🤣 but I find it really is the only way complex transitions tend to happen. Instead of forcing a grand overhaul, I like starting with what people are already working with. Certifications, disclosures, supplier relationships. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. It becomes easier for teams to work together, easier to make intentional design choices, and easier to ask the right questions. After all, how does anyone know where to go if they don’t first understand where they come from? Inventory, assess, thrive or optimize. One clear step at a time.

Sales reps can now see how many sequence emails they’ve sent today and how many are scheduled. This sounds small. It’s not. Across high-volume outbound portals, hitting inbox limits quietly tanks deliverability. Now reps can monitor usage directly in the Sequences > Scheduled tab. If you run aggressive enrollment strategies, this is worth training on. #HubSpot

Two sales teams. Same product. Same quarter. Radically different results. Team A runs flawless demos. Every feature gets its moment. Prospects nod politely and promise to "circle back." Deals drag on. Team B shows fewer features. Prospects lean in. Executives ask about implementation. Deals close in half the time. The difference? Team B gets something most miss: demos aren't educational events. They're persuasive ones. Here's the trap: When you turn demos into feature tours, you're teaching prospects about your solution without giving them a reason to buy it. Capability without context is just noise. The teams that win don't just show what the software does. They connect capabilities to specific business impacts that matter to each stakeholder in the room. That means speaking three languages in one demo: ✅ Operational impacts for end users (less time, fewer errors, better workflows) ✅ Departmental impacts for managers (close loans faster, reduce cycle times, increase throughput) ✅ Strategic impacts for executives (market share gains, competitive advantage, cost reduction) Most teams spend 80% of demo time on operational details and hope someone connects the dots. Elite teams flip it. They open at the strategic level, prove capabilities operationally, then climb back up to reinforce the value. And here's what nobody talks about: Buyers judge what life will be like using your solution based on how your sales team interacts during the evaluation. When prospects see you and your SE interrupting each other or looking disorganized, they're not just judging your presentation skills. They're extrapolating what implementation and support will look like. Seamless collaboration during the demo signals seamless delivery after the contract. What's your team doing to move from feature tours to persuasive demos? #SalesEnablement #DemoExcellence
