Reports and defense analysts suggest China is accelerating development of AI-powered unmanned ground vehicles, drone swarms, and intelligent combat platforms that could become operational in the near term. ✅What makes this different from traditional military hardware? • AI-driven target recognition • Swarm coordination without constant human control • Faster decision cycles than human operators • Reduced risk to soldiers on the front line • Continuous data learning from simulations and real-world exercises ▶️This marks a major shift in modern warfare from human-operated machines to increasingly autonomous systems. Technology is advancing faster than policy. The next two years could define not just military capability but the ethical boundaries of AI in conflict. What safeguards do you believe should be mandatory before autonomous weapons are deployed? AI CentX

Brenda J. Eaden posted thisLinkedIn is a great platform for what it is intended. It is a place to network, share information, learn, connect... We all know politics, policies, funding, etc. may have an impact on our businesses. A civil healthy discussion of those political issues is one thing but in my humble opinion, we should be mindful that who our preferred candidates are and who we are voting for may be best served on other social media platforms. These are sensitive times we live in and to be honest, when we announce our voting preferences, we may be judged and subsequently treated in a way that colors how comfortable business connections are interacting with each of us. Just saying...

I've often wondered why toxicity is more often than not rewarded in sales organizations at the risk of alienating the core producers, which ultimately serves as the company glue. Eighty-three million views later, the internet had already chosen a side. The video is titled: “Neighbour Called the Police… Just Because I Was Helping a 90-Year-Old Woman,” with 83,040,589 views, 2.6 million likes, and 235,000 comments. The story may be real, or it may be staged, but the engagement is real. And that is the part worth studying. The comments show why the video travelled so far: @lionessoftor4139: “Whoever called the police should be charged with misuse of emergency services.” 13K likes @uniquerebel385: “Neighbors wanted her gone, you were her savior...thank you brother” 5.1K likes @allworknoplay5515: “I agree, the man who called the cops should pay a hefty fine but then also spend 48 hours in jail for disturbing the piece and misuse of police services.” 2.8K likes This is not just a lawn-care video; it is a morality story with a helper figure, suspicion, a vulnerable elderly woman, a neighbour seen as unreasonable, and a public verdict in the comments. Social media rewards stories that give the audience a clear emotional role. In this case, the viewer is not just watching a lawn being cut. They are being invited to defend kindness. And that is powerful content architecture. Love and light from Phoenix, Arizona.” - Daniel Blair, Executive / Leadership Coach: “❤️ Fort Collins CO Sometimes, people just need some help” - Garth Hassel, helping women 40+ avoid outliving their money and plan for aging parents: “Carry on, sir! From Idaho Falls.” - Christopher Leidich SENIOR PROPOSAL WRITER: A very wonderful act of kindness. I live in Oregon. - Mordechai Levenson: "The person who came to help his elderly neighbor by mowing her long [lawn] - without even being asked - is a Truly Wonderful person. That's All that needs to be said." - Donna Quinton Brown RN, Healthcare Advocate, Registered Nurse, CEO at Chronic Care Innovations, Inc.: "I’m thinking the neighbor was looking to buy the property for less than actual value. Cleaning it up would make it more difficult to get it for a low price. For what other earthly reason would this man have to be angry about a house on his block being cleaned up?" Every country that adopted screens saw scores drop. The system chose the tool. Never asked what it cost. It called that progress. Horvath called it surrender. Save this to stop your kids going backwards. 5 ways the system is getting us to surrender: 1. Your kids stopped reading deeply at school. ↳ Ask your kid to read one page tonight. Time it. 2. Corporate swapped your judgment for data ↳ Find the last time you trusted your gut at work. 3. AI hit your laptop. Management called it progress. ↳ Notice what thinking you gave up when AI arrived. 4. Your performance reviews judged you on a metric. ↳ Read your last review. Find where judgment counts. 5. You never left the system. Your kids see that daily. ↳ Write what your kid would say your job costs you. When I looked at my own house, my heart sank My 2.5yo daughter was scrolling on my phone. I walked in. She jumped in shock and said "baba." She knew it was wrong. The tool still got her. When the tool is winning and you know it... That's what surrender looks like in your house. It was the system's choice. Now it's yours. You get to make a different choice. For yourself and your kids. ♻️ Repost to stop your kids going backwards. ➕ Follow Victor Trieu to stop surrendering to the system. --- Video: Dr Jared Cooney Horvath 🙌

Brenda J. Eaden liked thisThere will definitely be a backlash to extensive AI use in B2B marketing as brands discover that prospects are getting bored with seeing all the mediocre "AI slop" proliferate and compete for attention. To not get lost in the quagmire, you'll need to do what your competition is not — "tell stories that matter to people who care." Rediscover Creative Process and wield it strategically and thoughtfully in unexpected ways.Brenda J. Eaden liked thisI keep seeing marketing leadership roles that are really entire departments collapsed into one person. The titles are appealing and senior: Head of Marketing. VP of Marketing. Even CMO. Sometimes the salary even looks respectable. Then you read the description and realize one person is expected to own demand generation, product marketing, content, analytics, paid media, lifecycle, brand, sales enablement, marketing ops, and conversion optimization, usually with no team, no agency support, and no real infrastructure. And apparently, the thing that now makes all of this “reasonable” is AI. One experienced marketer plus AI tools is supposed to replace what companies used to understand required an actual team. I've seen three of these posts today. That is where this stops feeling like a normal “early-stage companies need range” conversation to me. Companies are using AI to justify cutting teams and avoiding hiring them in the first place. Not because AI has erased the need for expertise, judgment, specialization, strategy, or creative development, but because some executives have convinced themselves that those things can now be compressed into one person managing a stack of tools. I use AI every day. It is powerful. It creates efficiency. But efficiency is not the same thing as replacing an entire profession. Even if AI could produce the work well, which is debatable, it cannot replace the judgment behind the work: strategy, positioning, discernment, creative development, customer insight, prioritization, and knowing when the real problem is not a marketing problem at all. Marketing is a collection of disciplines that people spend years learning how to do well. This feels less like innovation and more like labor compression. One exhausted human plus AI is not a marketing organization. But in a weak market, people will try to carry these impossible roles because they need the work. That does not make the model smart. It makes it exploitative. Many of us spent years fighting for marketing to be treated as a real strategic discipline, not a dumping ground for impossible business expectations. It is hard to watch companies use AI to drag marketing right back into that mindset. It’s not going to get better. ⬇️ Read more below. ⬇️

Data analysis from SC Labs in California vs anonymized data from a lab I use and have come to trust. I gathered a group of COAs from SC labs for their hemp testing and confirmed each one to be authentic. Here is a statistical breakdown on the D9 THC results when compared to a data set I have from another lab SC labs 1) 29% of the D9 results show LOQ 2) Zero of the D9 results are ND 3) 44% of the D9 results are < .3% 4) 31% of the D9 results are above .6% 5) 91% of the LOQ results are given to one customer Other lab 1) Zero D9 LOQ results 2) 8% of the D9 results are ND 3) 24% of the D9 results are <.3% 4) 25% of the D9 results are above .6% My opinions/takeaways A) The percentage of LOQ results from the SC labs data is an anomaly B) The percentage of D9 <.3% results is an anomaly C) 91% of the LOQ assigned to one customer is an anomaly/suspicious D) A+C = an anomaly consistent with collusion

MSOs & LPs: Don’t Let AI Take Over Your Strategic Thinking Many cannabis workers are embracing AI for tasks like content generation, automating workflows and research. Early adoption is valuable for its productivity gains and learning. However, AI-powered strategy development and planning can be a ‘weapon of mass destruction’ in some firms 4 problems arise when firms put too much faith in AI: 1️⃣ AI hallucinations and problematic recommendations Google these terms, or do you own experiment. I used GPT-5 to generate a map of North America, a map that hasn’t changed in decades. How many errors can you count in the accompanying picture? I stopped at 40. I grant you AI is still a work in progress and will get better. My concern for cannabis is that the outputs are only as good as the inputs. AI scours in order Reddit, Wikipedia and YouTube for its knowledge (see chart in comments). One doesn’t find the most current, relevant and accurate cannabis data in these sources. Reddit and Wikipedia dominate because they are overflowing with user discussions, definitions, reviews, and advice, much of that generated by AI. However, citation frequency is not the same thing as a quality knowledge source. 2️⃣ Regression to the strategic mean The strategic impact goes deeper than errors. When people in different companies match prompts and the LLM draws on the same data, businesses end up with copy-cat strategies. This is the antithesis of what’s needed: bespoke, practical strategy that outflanks the competition. 3️⃣ Dumbs down organizational talent An over reliance on AI reduces your team’s critical thinking, communication skills, and curiosity. This is fine if the employee already has the competencies. But if they don’t, they could turn into a robot-like worker. Firms that become dependent on algorithmic thinking will lose the capacity for judgment and creativity. 4️⃣ Hurts the user AI is a people pleaser. GPT-5 won’t say your prompts or questions are dumb when they are. This dishonesty gives the user a false sense of their abilities. When this deceit is mated to a senior but inexperienced person the results could be dangerous. Maybe worse, companies may inadvertently be training their employees for obsolescence. When your primary skill becomes prompt engineering rather than providing functional or cannabis expertise, the boss can replace you with a $20/mo. GPT-5 subscription. Moving forward The solution is not to ban AI or add more review layers. AI is valuable and here to stay. Cannabis firms must understand that driving business performance requires preserving and enhancing uniquely human capabilities plus strategically deploying AI. Those that master this balance will thrive. 🔔 Ring the bell on my page to get VIP notifications Call me.
