I was recently part of a layoff which is never easy news, but I’m choosing gratitude. I’m proud of the impact I made: helping college grads land their first roles, connecting people with their dream jobs, and supporting those navigating layoffs by finding freelance opportunities that helped them bounce back. The relationships built along the way are what I’ll carry with me. The team I’ve built and the people I’ve met. From CEOs to interns, everyone has been smart, kind, and compassionate. I’m grateful for the projects that stretched and inspired me — from helping transition nearly 400 people to our new talent platform to strategically streamlining the hiring process to make it smarter and more efficient. My time at Omnicom Health was truly awesome. While this chapter ends, I’m excited for what’s next and eager to keep helping people find meaningful work.
