• Upgraded from Symantec Antivirus to Symantec Endpoint Protection which included proactive threat protection
• Worked with Client Server Specialist to create a silent install package to deploy Endpoint via LANDesk
• Manually upgraded endpoints not reachable through LANDesk

• Did not upgrade all field devices, instead rolled out on all new devices going forward
• Worked with Organization Development to create end user learning material
• From concept to deployment of windows 7 images took about four months
