“Where does one even start when they sit down to write a recommendation for Marc Frechette? Saying that he is one of the most talented, personable, and digital-minded marketing professionals I’ve ever met is probably a great place to start. However, as a former client of Marc’s, I also know first-hand how passionate he is about digital marketing strategy, and the great lengths he will go to share this passion with others. In addition to his ability to provide comic relief and funny memes for just about any situation (very important!), I’d like to share a few more things I could always count on Marc for: 1. A Google algorithm update – Marc never skipped in a beat in informing my team of the latest and greatest in the world of SEO. 2. Making sense of difficult technology – When our marketing automation’s tech and implementation teams failed us one too many times, Marc rolled up his sleeves and saved the day. I sure hope he added “Marketing Automation Consultant” to his resume since then. 3. Seeing a campaign exceed expectations – Whether it’s a great click through rate on an email or a landing page conversion, Marc is like a kid on Christmas when good things happen to good companies. 4. Translating data – What may be the considered the less enticing part of marketing to many, I can’t think of many things Marc enjoys more than a good rummage through Google Analytics and other campaign insight tools; and by some stroke of a miracle, managing to make sense of this data so everyone can understand its meaning. 5. Helping and Teaching – Marc is one of those people who will do just about anything to help your company succeed at digital marketing (a panicked phone call at 2am? no problem!). Anyone who knows Marc knows he signs his emails with “H2H” (“Here to Help”)...and anyone who is lucky enough to continue to work with Marc knows he truly means it. ”

“Marc is smart, passionate and dedicated to his team. In fact, I've never met anyone with as much passion for marketing as Marc. It is infectious. He is a great teacher and generous sharer of knowledge and information. From his Google Reader that gets 500 new articles per day to building custom tools to improve client performance, he is one of the most talented individuals I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Marc is very well read and well versed in all things Digital Marketing. Though his specialty is Google Analytics and Adwords, his out-of-the-box ideas and ability to source information makes him invaluable in strategic meetings. Marc and I were on a team together that was working with a client that required three very large sitemaps. To build the sitemaps in our current tool would have taken one of the team members days. Marc found a web mind mapping program that exported into Excel, then manipulated the Excel to import into our current sitemap program. It took less than a few hours, saving us valuable team member resources. Marc truly cares about about clients, their business and the results that they can achieve with effective and integrated marketing. He literally stays up nights trying to find better ways to do things so he can work with the team to implement them for client benefit.”
