Now, I’m excited to step into the role of Managing Director at Bialetti USA, working with a great team to keep growing the brand in North America. A changing economy, shifting tariffs, new geographies, new relationships and unexpected health setbacks required resilience, focus, and adaptability. At the same time, the year brought meaningful learning opportunities. I met many new people, worked alongside incredibly intelligent professionals, and gained perspectives that strengthened how I think and lead. To thrive in difficult, uncomfortable environments where problems require thoughtful, planned collaborative solutions is growth. Looking ahead to 2026, my focus is clear. I want to ensure the people in my care continue to grow. That we solve problems together, support one another through the coming change, and turn complexity into opportunity. I plan to take more educated risks and continue doing the difficult work which is what drives progress. I wish much success and significant positive growth to all in 2026.

This is great from Naomi. If you have any concerns about whether your recruitment process is candidate friendly or not, my suggestion is to be curious. Ask experts, ask your peers and compare. Recruitment is a very delicate process and people make themselves very vulnerable throughout it. It's worth taking a very considered approach when designing the systems that people will endure (or enjoy) before joining your team.
