This state of the art multi-story climate-controlled self-storage facility opened its doors in December 2017 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Extra Space Storage is conveniently located with easy access to downtown Charlotte, the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, and Charlotte Motor Speedway.

The objective of this project was to design a framing and roofing system that would achieve three main purposes: 1) eliminate an internal valley gutter that was between two separate pre-engineered buildings 2) to increase the pitch of the roof with soffit and ridge ventilation for air circulation to the new attic cavity 3) to provide a more aesthetically pleasing curb appeal to the existing structure by adding a new box mansard system.

Paramount Metal Systems helped complete the Beyond Self Storage facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan in 2018. Paramount provided highly qualified erection crews and managed to produce a quality building integration by combining Architectural and Engineering aspects to manufacture a highly functional atmosphere for our client.

The Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, along with the Downtown Little Rock Partnership dedicated the new First Security Amphitheater in May of 2013.

The goal of the project was to upgrade the existing canvas design with new aesthetics that would blend to the other structures in the River Market District.

A proposed roofing tear-off of the George Bush Intercontinental Technical Service Warehouse, as a result of Hurricane Ike, led to the specification of the Roof Hugger sub-framing system using a new trapezoidal standing seam. In lieu of tearing off the old metal roof, the Roof Hugger metal-over-metal system of chosen, saving much time and money.

Paramount Metal Systems Receives National Award
MEMPHIS, Tennessee, February 26, 2013 – A structure built by Paramount Metal Systems of Little Rock, AR has been honored by Varco Pruden Buildings, one of the nation’s largest providers of metal building systems.

Paramount Metal Systems has been named to Varco Pruden’s 2012 Hall of Fame for the Hill Farm Elementary School located in Bryant, AR. The 88,000 square foot school structure was completed in August 2012.

Paramount Metal Systems recently completed the retrofit installation and 500 kW solar project on McElroy Metal’s manufacturing facility in Peachtree City, Ga. The project, believed to be the largest solar installation for a metal roofing manufacturer, is part of the Medium Scale Georgia Power Advanced Solar Initiative Program. A total of 1,960 solar panels were installed on the plant roof and on a canopy in the parking lot. The half megawatt solar system became operational in late December. The… Show more

Simmons Bank Arena (formerly known as the Verizon Arena and Alltel Arena) is an 18,000-seat multi-purpose arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas, located directly across the Arkansas River from downtown Little Rock. The arena opened in October 1999 and was beginning to show signs of aesthetic fatigue. The facility is publicly owned by the Multi-Purpose Civic Center Facilities Board of Pulaski County.

In conjunction with the owner and the selected design professional, Paramount Metal Systems was honored to have been awarded this project, which serves as one of the cornerstones of River Market corridor for both Little Rock and North Little Rock.

Paramount’s Retrofit system will provide a practical and architecturally enhancing solution for existing walls that have exceeded their life cycle while adding to the visual appeal of any structure. Show less
