“There is nothing but Professionalism with Dani. She is constantly encouraging her employees and assists them in their career path opportunities and growth. She takes the time to check in with all of them. She has handled the largest incidents with Finesse and Calm in a storm that lasted for hours at a time, even fulfilling the duties of those at much higher levels than hers. When new systems were introduced at our company she was instrumental in making sure the information to operate them was provided to all the teams involved. In addition, she was able to review the documentation for many new systems, ensuring and clarity. ”
