“I have worked with Danielle at 2 different companies and I have known her for many years. Working as her direct report has been amazing and I have learned a great deal from her particular set of management skills. When I take a moment to think about her attributes, several spring to mind but I would like to highlight 3 that stand out in this recommendation. 1: Identifying Market Opportunities and Selling into Specialized Markets: Intelligize is a very specific legal platform that is utilized by certain key groups within a law firm. Not only is Danielle skilled at identifying groups, she has also created specialized use cases for groups that you wouldn’t initially think would benefit from this product and therefore increasing ROI to firms. Her time at Intelligize has not only helped her develop this skill, she is also great at teaching others therefore increasing the overall strength of her entire team. 2: Managing up: In her roll at Intelligize Danielle often must relay and keep track of information, problem solve issue, and relay best practice strategies from her direct reports to executives not only within Intelligize but also within larger LexisNexis family. I have never had to worry when I relay issue to her that it will be handled. She also has a unique skill at understanding the innerworkings of company dynamics and how to work with an entire hierarchy in a way that considers individual and group subtleties. She knows who and how to present problems and cut through clutter to get to solutions faster. Not everyone has the patience and practice to make this work in a large company and Danielle tends to handle this with an ease and understanding to get the job done. 3: Compiling and Analyzing Market Stats: In any competitive market data is key. Danielle has worked hard to not only gather but analyze data in a way that drives sales. When dealing with specialized products it’s important to know your market and customer. In the competitive legal field finding that kind of information is not as easy as a simple google search. Danielle has spent time identifying sources, compiling information, and studying the data to drive sales opportunities. Her ability to gather all this data and utilize it in a way to open opportunities is astounding and has been extremely beneficial to me in my time on her team. ”
