Leadership is far more than a position. It's a practice, that needs dedicated learning. Let's understand the distinction. And how you can make the change: ➡️ A boss instructs. A leader inspires. - It’s not about what you say, it’s how you say it. - Set the example. Show then ask. ➡️ A boss sees a team. A leader sees individuals. - Spend time knowing your team 1 by 1. - Know exactly who’s doing what. ➡️ A boss expects effort. A leader appreciates it. - Show appreciation regularly, even on the small tasks. - A simple thank you goes a very long way. ➡️ A boss employs workers. A leader creates leaders. - Help guide your team through their career. - Provide plenty of opportunities for growth. Leaders make an impact. Whereas a boss simply makes decisions. A strong leader: Actively learns how to improve. Allows for an open mind. Adapts to individuals. Ditch the micromanaging. Become a leader, and make a difference. That means: Heating, cooling, and servicing must all happen Within the same time window for every arm ✅ Simple and effective, but less flexible when different molds or cycle times are needed. 🟢 Independent-Arm Turret Machines (5-station): With an independent-arm design, one arm can index while the others stay in place.
