Leveraged ETFs have seen -$7.0 billion in net outflows month-to-date, the largest outflow in data going back to 2019. The 3x leveraged long Semiconductors ETF, $SOXL, has posted -$2.4 billion in outflows, the second-largest in 4 years. This also marks the 5th consecutive monthly outflow.
