He also shared guidance on steps they can take now to prepare for a career in the field, including pursuing relevant coursework at Lamar Institute of Technology and gaining hands-on mechanical experience. Yet, here we are in the free world, impacting LIVES because of our LIFE sentences. Whatever you’re struggling through, just remember this picture. Remember that a mistake does not make you a mistake. Never be a prisoner of your past. It was just a life lesson, not a life sentence. Even, in our cases, when you really did get a life sentence. Only God knows how you will write your next chapter. This past week, I answered the call to serve at Steve Harvey’s youth mentor camp. Pouring into those young men was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Made even sweeter by the opportunity to share the stage with Muhammad’s (the OG Coffee Bean from Dallas County Jail) son, J. As a result of being in that room, Steve Harvey and Inky Johnson poured into me. In the end, I, too, got mentored at Steve’s mentor camp. Be a Coffee Bean! 🫘

Report highlights included: 1️⃣More than 92% of respondents have service download speeds of at least 100 Mpbs. 2️⃣75% of respondents subscribe to 100 Mbps ore more downstream broadband. 3️⃣Subscriptions for 100 Mbps and high-speed downstream services are more popular than lower-speed offerings for the fourth consecutive year. 4️⃣More than 90% “key institutions” such as schools, public safety entities, 911 call centers, libraries, and hospitals have broadband connections.
