“Christine has been one of the best HR professionals I have had the opportunity to work with! Chris is passionate about her job and absolutely loves the HR function. She is dedicated to continuous learning for her own personal development and effectiveness, but also in her leadership roles by staying up to date in HR trends, laws, and risk mitigation. Many times in my role as a Production Manager she would help me understand how the workforce was changing and adapting to laws, rulings, and following best practices to better serve associates while protecting company interests. While working together, she sat on the Plant Leadership Team that focused on the success and strategy of the plant, but also handled the day-to-day responsibilities and connection with associates as the only HR resource at the site. I value Chris's integrity, honesty, passion, caring nature, work ethic and motivation. She prioritizes caring for the team, while balancing honesty, transparency and accountability. She is able to have difficult crucial conversations with others that leads to making a real and lasting difference. I think she's a great asset to wherever she works, both for the company she works for, and for the workforce she advocates for and serves.”
