I have been in the Mortgage Business for a very long time. I left after being here for almost 5 years to go to another company and lasted less then 3 weeks, thinking the grass was greener, but quickly found out that the grass was green and beautiful where i was. I was fortunate that i was wanted back to Cornerstone. Sometimes you need to take a step back to take two steps forward. I realize very quickly as to why i came back. We are a true one stop shop mortgage lender, common sense underwriting, and delegated for all non qm products (over 45). Unsurpassed service! Other lenders say they can do this and that but they cant, they lead you down a rosy path of dead flowers and weeds. I am very happy to be back home and will continue to thrive with Cornerstone. Any loan officers or branch managers that are looking for a better fit, call me. i can share my story.

Just needs: A headline that speaks to the pain An opt-in box A thank-you page with your calendar link ✅ Step 3: Post About It Daily Talk about the problems your lead magnet solves. Examples: “Want to avoid the #1 mistake first-time buyers make?” “I made a free download to help people stop wasting money on the wrong mortgage.” Don’t post once and pray. Post every day with different angles. ✅ Step 4: Put the Link in Your Bio Or in every email. Or your social image captions. Or your business card. Or all of the above. ✅ Step 5: Follow Up Once someone downloads it, follow up with a short email or DM: “Hey, thanks for grabbing the guide. Did it help?” Simple. Direct. No weird sales pitch. 🎯 This works because you’re helping first. No pressure. Just value. Agents who do this consistently build pipelines that never dry up.
