Amplitech Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMPG) announced that its previously listed warrants (AMPGW) expired on February 19, 2026, in accordance with their original terms. The 1,371,428 outstanding warrants, which granted holders the right to purchase common stock at $7.00 per share, were automatically voided upon expiration. Trading ceased on February 18, and the warrants were delisted from Nasdaq. The expiration is routine and requires no action from warrant holders. Notably, the Company no longer needs to reserve shares for these warrants, providing operational flexibility. The expiration has no impact on AmpliTech's common stock or Series A and B Rights, which continue trading under symbols AMPG, AMPGR, and AMPGZ. AmpliTech remains a leading designer and manufacturer of RF microwave components and 5G network solutions.

CBRS continues to serve as one of the most innovative examples of shared spectrum use, but as regulatory uncertainty grows, the industry stands at a crossroads.
