Chintimini Keith shared thisRegular offsite meetings are key to innovation. A true joy to host my team at the Chief Clubhouse in DC. Fun was had. Deep thinking occurred. Strategies were shaped. Brilliant questions were posed. Plans were made. I am excited to see what these future Chiefs have in store for us in the next five years!Chintimini Keith shared thisToday our team came together for a special offsite meeting dedicated to reflection, collaboration, and long-term strategy. With our eyes on the next five years, we spent the day diving deep into the evolving role of communications, social media and the future of AI, and thinking boldly about how we can continue to shape the voice and vision of Bozzuto with special attention for me on Rise and our ERGs. It was a powerful reminder of the value of stepping back, getting out of the office and to think big together. Excited for what’s ahead with this dream team! Chintimini Meadow Keith thank you for this experience and shaping our team to be strategic, thoughtful, and purposeful. Leanna Bernhard Kristen Rutherford Sarah Guckert Molly Downs

Chintimini Keith shared thisI 💗 Bozzuto because... BMA season is well underway at Bozzuto. It's one of my favorite times of the year! The Bozzuto Management Awards have already rolled through Maryland, Virginia/DC and Boston, with more stops to come in NYC, Ft. Lauderdale, Chicago and LA. Each year, my team and many others come together to create pure magic for our management teams. We are behind the scenes, working hard (for months) to ensure no detail is overlooked, to make this one evening so incredibly special for the people who work so hard every day! It is almost as meaningful for us as it is for them. There is no greater joy than hearing my colleagues' names called as they go up on stage to accept their BMAs. #2025BMA #BozzutoProud Leanna Bernhard Bridgette Onnen Sarah Guckert Kristen Rutherford

Chintimini Keith liked thisThank you to the Harvard GSD Executive Education Advanced Management Development Program for the opportunity to speak with such an exceptional group of leaders. As AI makes intelligence and execution increasingly abundant, competitive advantage shifts to what becomes scarce: culture, trust, and human connection. The organizations that lead will not simply be those that scale technology. They will be those that learn to scale humanity. So proud to share the Bozzuto story!Chintimini Keith liked thisPresident & CEO Toby Bozzuto was honored to speak with Harvard GSD Executive Education, sharing our belief that there is an extraordinary business case for culture and humanity. The discussion explored why, as AI makes intelligence and execution increasingly abundant, enduring competitive advantage will come from culture, trust, kindness, judgment and meaningful human connection. As technology continues to transform the way we work, one question will define the next generation of leadership: How do we remain deeply human while everything around us becomes increasingly automated? We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation and engage with such a thoughtful group of executives who are shaping the future of business.

Chintimini Keith reacted on thisChintimini Keith reacted on thisJune 10, 1991. The day I started at Microsoft – 35 years ago today. On that day, the final episode of Twin Peaks aired, Paula Abdul had the top song with the R&B hit Rush Rush, the country was at war, and I apparently had a full head of strawberry blond hair. A lot happens in 35 years. Some things change and some remain the same. The question I get asked most often is why have you stayed at Microsoft all these years? And of course, I don’t have a simple answer to that. Like most things in life its many things – it’s a mix of both personal and professional. It’s having a great manager. It’s the company supporting you at the moments that matter in life – babies, weddings, health issues, onboarding and yes retiring. It’s having work that energizes you and allows you to grow and learn. It’s working for an exciting and innovative company. It’s many things. Above all else though there is one lesson that stands out to me from all these years and it came early in my career. It’s simply to enjoy the journey. We spend too much time at work and with our co-workers to not. Joy takes intentionality. Everyone has good days and bad days. Every company goes through good times and bad times. Every company has internal politics. No year is the same. Things always change. The trick is to find what energizes you, what makes you happy and what fulfills you at each phase of life. If you focus on that, and with a little bit of luck – it’s a great ride. Onwards to 40 years! Microsoft PS. Just to clarify any confusion...I'm not retiring :).

Chintimini Keith liked thisChintimini Keith liked thisToday I had the opportunity to participate in the Rise + ERG Collaboration Field Day event, representing Women@Bozzuto—an employee resource group that creates opportunities for connection, mentorship, and growth through programming focused on career development, well-being, and community. The group fosters meaningful conversations and shared experiences centered on supporting women in the workplace. With Wye River Insurance being one of the very few women-led insurance companies, this is a group that feels especially meaningful to me and one whose mission I truly believe in. Coming together with colleagues from across all divisions today was an incredible experience. Whether we were competing against one another or teaming up together, the energy, camaraderie, and friendly competition made for a memorable day. Add in the beautiful weather, and it was an event to be proud of. A special thank you to Kristen Rutherford , Sarah Guckert , and Bridgette Onnen for including me in your conversations throughout the day. And can I just say—when I grow up, I want to be like Bridgette! 😊 I absolutely loved her energy, positivity, and athleticism. She brought such a great spirit to the day, and it was inspiring to see. I’m grateful for experiences like this that remind us of the value of connection, community, and supporting one another both inside and outside of work.

When I worked in media relations years ago, it was rare for a CEO to sit for a two-hour unscripted interview. Today, it’s becoming standard practice for AI leaders (recent examples include Sam Altman with Theo Von, Demis Hassabis with Lex Fridman, or Jensen Huang on the NVIDIA AI Podcast). Amanda Carl Pratt, Communications lead for corporate and strategic comms, of Google DeepMind explained it well in Axios: podcasts are now the place for executives to “express themselves or get their personality out there a bit more.” I think part of the reason is that complexity needs space. AI isn’t something you can explain in a soundbite. It touches on ethics, economics, safety, creativity, and geopolitics. A podcast gives leaders room to expand & give nuance without it being stripped down to a single line in print. It also recognises that many people are tuning out of mainstream media. Podcasts are regularly clipped and circulated on TikTok, etc. Personality matters too. In a field where trust is fragile, these conversations let audiences judge the intent and character of leaders for themselves. You learn more from hearing their tone, pauses, even moments of uncertainty, than you ever could from a carefully crafted press release. It shows these leaders as sometimes funny, very thoughtful, sometimes surprisingly down to earth. Hearing Theo Von accuse Mark Zuckerberg of 'raw dogging life' because he eschews coffee was a genuine laugh out loud moment for me. Of course there’s also the battle for narrative. AI is shaping up to be one of the most consequential industries of our time, and leaders know they can’t let critics, regulators, or competitors tell the story for them. Long-form conversations are a way to humanise themselves while staking out the ground. As a podcast addict (Lex Fridman, AI Daily Brief, The Big Technology Podcast, NVIDIA AI, The Artificial Intelligence Show to name a few), I think it’s one of the smartest (and most personally enjoyable) comms shifts of our time. Any podcast recommendations for me?

Communications teams are working harder than ever right now. Year end has always been busy, but this year feels different. More noise. More pressure. More expectations to keep people informed, steady, and aligned while everything around them is shifting. And here’s the part no one says out loud. Comms isn’t just producing content. Comms is carrying the emotional load of an entire organization at the exact moment capacity is lowest. That’s why November and December can’t be about doing more. They have to be about doing what cuts through the noise. 1. Finish what will actually land. Close the updates, clarifications, and decisions people are waiting on. Loose ends create more noise than silence. 2. Cut the extra. Not everything needs to be communicated before year end. If it won’t help someone act, understand, or feel steadier, move it to January. 3. Simplify the message. Tired audiences don’t absorb complexity. Say the thing clearly. One idea at a time. One action at a time. 4. Give yourself space to think. Good judgement needs oxygen. Step back from the constant push so you can see what truly matters. 5. Treat recovery as a comms skill. When you’re drained, clarity drops. Rest isn’t a luxury. It’s part of the job. The best comms work at year end isn’t loud. It’s clean. It’s steady. It helps people breathe. If you’re feeling the pressure to push more out the door, pause and ask, "What’s the message people actually need right now, and what can wait until the new year?"
