Chase Rogers reacted on thisChase Rogers reacted on thisA few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to participate in an internal AI Hackathon at Cornerstone — and our team took 1st place! 🏆 Our team built SuccessPilot AI, an AI-powered Customer Success operating workspace designed around a problem we experience every day: CSMs spend a lot of time gathering information and not enough time driving customer strategy. The data is there. Customer conversations are there. Adoption signals, risks, priorities, business goals — they're all there. The challenge is turning all of that information into action. So we asked: What if AI could act as a CSM's strategic sidekick? Not replacing the CSM. Empowering them. Helping identify where a customer is today, what may be getting in the way of success, and what strategic action could help move them forward. Watching our idea go from a conversation → to a prototype → to presenting it in front of leadership has been such an incredible experience. And apparently, we're not done yet. 😉 Huge shoutout to my teammates Korey Migdal, Phillip German, and Sasha Friedkin, CCSM. Memory Making. Mom’s New Adventure. At some point, success stops being about collecting things and starts being about intentionally investing in the people, places, and experiences that light you up. For me, this summer represents exactly that. After an unexpected career transition in April, I’ve spent time reflecting on what matters most. While I’m excited about finding the right next sales opportunity, I’ve also realized that some of the best investments aren’t found in a portfolio, they’re found in moments. ✨ Watching my kids experience new places. ✨ Exploring nature and creating family traditions. ✨ Taking chances on new professional adventures. ✨ Making memories with the people I love most. The funny thing about life is that growth rarely happens in just one area. Sometimes a new chapter in your career creates space to reconnect with your family, your values, and the experiences that remind you who you are. This summer, our family’s adventure list is hanging in our home as a daily reminder that life is meant to be lived, not just managed. Crazy how time flies when you're doing cool things! ✨ I feel incredibly lucky that my role gives me a front-row seat to so much of the magic happening here and the opportunity to share it with the world. From covering events around the globe, product launches, brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, philanthropy initiatives, customer success stories, and behind-the-scenes moments to capturing photoshoots, filming days, and major company milestones, I've had the chance to showcase a company that continues to grow, innovate, and evolve. But more than anything, it's the people. I've had the privilege of working alongside incredibly talented Cornerstars (seriously, I'm blown away by you all!), mentoring interns who I still keep in touch with today, collaborating across teams, and learning from some of the smartest, most creative, and genuinely kind people along the way. It's also been pretty incredible to watch Cornerstone evolve over the last five years. From product innovations and acquisitions to major milestones and leading in the HumanAI era, it's been exciting to see what's possible when a company never stops pushing forward. Countless flights. Early mornings. Long event days. Content shoots. Last-minute posts. More social content than I can count. Here's to 5 years!!! 💜
