“I had the pleasure of managing and working with Caitlin for over 3 years at Pond5 and Shutterstock. There aren't enough words for me to express how absolutely incredible she is. From our first conversation, I knew that I wanted her on my team. She showed a level of professionalism and preparedness that stood out and served as a preview to her workstyle. Her time at Pond5 was her first full time work experience after college but she had the expertise and character of someone with multiple years of experience. No matter the task that was in front of her, she took it on head first and found the optimal way to get it done. In one of her earliest projects, she showcased tenacity and inventiveness to develop a comprehensive analysis using Power BI - a complex feature she had never used before. That curious and determined approach was displayed over many projects that were thrown her way. As time went on, she took ownership of process improvement by coming up with and executing on projects of all natures. I cannot stress enough the peace of mind that I had knowing Caitlin was handling a project for our org. At Shutterstock, I was lucky enough to watch Caitlin grow into a role that demanded analytical excellence and working very closely with executive leadership. She quickly became the right hand for her manager and was known for her efficient and accurate work. She handled forecasting for a global sales organization with over 150 reps. She developed ad hoc analyses for executive leadership and eventually became responsible for global reporting resources. Despite the analytical nature of her role, she always prioritized building relationships with her stakeholders which made working with her a delight. Overall, Caitlin is one of the smartest and hardest working people I know. I can confidently say that hiring her was one of, if not the best, career decision I have ever made. Any organization would be lucky to have her, and I genuinely hope to work with her again in the future.”
