Barry shared with me that this season is stacking up to be the best yet. The club is capped at a certain amount of members and is at 95% capacity. The answer wasn't one conversation. It was the consistency of every conversation. I saw the same vision, priorities, and leadership style reinforced throughout every discussion with the leadership team. Throughout the interview process, every person I met reinforced the same themes: collaboration, strong sales execution, and a genuine commitment to helping customers solve meaningful business problems. Over the past few weeks, I've had the opportunity to work with people across the company, and those same themes have been evident in every interaction. I'm looking forward to helping grow the Strategic Sales organization, learning from a talented group of teammates, and partnering with manufacturers as they improve reliability, productivity, and operational performance through Industrial AI.
