While currently serving as a corporate counsel for a pharmaceutical company, Kurt is also litigating to compel the state of New Jersey to disclose evidence in the 1930s Lindbergh kidnapping case for DNA testing so that potential additional perpetrators can be identified. He has also completed an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia, is a War College graduate, and currently serves as a Colonel in the Army Reserve. I am excited to join the Bronco Athletics team and contribute to the amazing work that is being done on campus here in Kalamazoo and beyond. There is a lot of excitement continuing to build around WMU Athletics - from football and hockey coming off amazing seasons, to a new basketball coach, to the new Kalamazoo Event Center being built downtown, and so much more! Taking part in this historic occasion alongside family, friends, and peers was an incredible experience - from the timeless tradition of Campus Dance to the symbolic walk out of the Van Wickle Gates. I’m still taking it all in. My time at Brown has been genuinely transformative. Balancing rigorous academic work with professional momentum and family commitments has not only expanded my perspective on technology leadership and innovation, but has also deeply impacted how I approach complex problem-solving. It is a privilege for this to be the culmination of my graduate education. I am incredibly grateful to the faculty, my brilliant cohort, and my family for their unwavering support throughout this journey.
