This volunteer-led initiative is designed to support early-stage and growth-stage AI founders as they navigate the intense emotional, cognitive, and interpersonal demands of entrepreneurship.

Building a high-growth company, particularly in AI, often involves sustained uncertainty, high stakes decision-making, long work hours, and persistent pressure from investors, teams, and markets. This program exists to help founders reduce isolation, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve focus, self-regulation, and decision-making under pressure, while maintaining their wellbeing and sense of purpose over the long term.

The group provides a trusted, confidential, psychologically safe environment where founders can speak openly about the realities of company-building that are rarely discussed elsewhere, including burnout, anxiety, ADHD, stress-related decision fatigue, founder identity challenges, and the emotional toll of leadership. Sessions blend facilitated dialogue, peer support, and practical reflection to help participants build greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and sustainable leadership habits that support both personal wellbeing and organizational effectiveness.

This work is grounded in over 20 years of experience coaching technology leaders, executives, and founders, with a focus on helping high-performing individuals navigate complexity, regulate stress, and lead with clarity and integrity.

The program reflects my commitment to supporting founders not only as builders of companies, but as humans. I have a deep passion for helping them develop leadership practices that are effective, ethical, resilient, and sustainable, without sacrificing mental health, relationships, or long-term fulfillment.
