TCSPP International Consulting Project

The purpose of this International Consulting Project project was to gain experience while providing services to Santa Marcelina Hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We identified areas of opportunity to increase organizational effectiveness. This included:
- Researching Brazil’s federal and state healthcare policies and practices.
- Meeting with senior department head and other appropriate personnel to identify talent management and organizational development issues.
