Binitha Prasad liked thisBinitha Prasad liked thisI’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Revolution Medicines as Head of Data Management, and I couldn’t be more excited to join a team that’s living up to its name! What drew me here is the mission. Revolution Medicines is on a singular pursuit: to revolutionize treatment for patients with RAS-addicted cancers through the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative, targeted medicines. That focus matters — RAS-addicted cancers account for roughly 30% of all new human cancer diagnoses and they include some of the toughest, most lethal kinds, like pancreatic, lung and colorectal cancer. These are exactly the patients who have too often been left without options. The science is already changing what’s possible. Revolution’s lead first-in-class RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor daraxonrasib recently DOUBLED survival in a Phase 3 metastatic pancreatic cancer trial — a disease with just a 13% five-year survival rate. At ASCO 2026, the Phase 3 RASolute 302 results for daraxonrasib were presented in the plenary session and published simultaneously in The New England Journal of Medicine. In previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer, the once-daily pill cut the risk of death by 60% — and the data drew a rare, spontaneous standing ovation from the packed auditorium. ASCO’s chief medical officer called it “much more than a home run.” For a disease that has defied progress for decades, it was a genuine “the RAS revolution is here” moment. As the company builds toward establishing new global standards of care, building and scaling a data foundation that’s reliable, agile, innovative, and decision-ready is exactly the kind of challenge I’m prepared for. I’m energized by the talent and purpose of this team — and proud to count myself among the Revolutionaries. But all my instincts told me it was a good choice. It turned out to be an amazing choice! I had the immense honor of working with an exceptional team as chief people officer of Arcellx for the past almost 5 years. We built a company that was truly special, not just for our science, but also for our culture and people. Arcellx was acquired this spring by Gilead/Kite for $7.8B following the acceptance of our BLA, and now I'm on to, well, whatever's next! Over the past 3 years, I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the smartest, driven and passionate people I've ever met. Together, we helped build a company that pushed the boundaries of cell therapy. I'm incredibly grateful for my team, leaders, stakeholders and everyone that made this experience so meaningful. While the recent acquisition by Gilead marks the end of this chapter for many of us, I'm proud of everything we accomplished together. I'm excited to share that I've joined Anduril as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Anduril is redefining defense technology by a software first approach that allows us to rapidly innovate and open a whole new world in hardware design. I'm thrilled to be supporting the Air Defense and Counter Intelligence team in their growth. Thank you to everyone that has been part of my journey so far. Here's to the next chapter!

This has been a bitter sweet experience and one that I will never forget. I have had the priviledge of working alongside some of the most dedicated and talented individuals at Arcellx. I have tremendous respect for the exceptional leadership team who created the type of work environment one could only dream of finding. This diverse and collaborative team managed to advance Anito-Cel to a BLA submission for multiple myeloma. And against all odds underwent one of the biggest M&As of the year. A true fairytale ending!! It has been a once in a lifetime opportunity for me personally and professionally and one that I will cherish forever. Thank you Rami Elghandour for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to join the Arcellx family. You are the true definition of a leader (Super Leader!) and I hope to cross paths with you again for #3. A special thanks also goes out to Christopher Heery for his unwavering support.
