I will miss my work in domestic & sexual violence and the terrific team One In Four Ireland but this new opportunity to join the new NSPCA following the merger of the DSPCA & the ISPCA was an opportunity I just couldn’t miss. My sincere thanks to our CEO Pat Watt for this opportunity. I will be leading our income generation, brand, comm’s, commercial strategies from our Dublin, Longford, Cork and Wicklow locations and look forward to connecting and reconnecting with animal lovers again. 🐾 🐈 🐰 🐴 🐐 🫏 🐍 💚 #NSPCA ☘️Barry Bentley liked thisWelcome Announcement of Three New Appointments at NSPCA: I am delighted to announce that Michael Maxwell, Kathrina Bentley and Conor Dowling have joined the NSPCA. Michael, Director of Finance: Michael brings many years of experience in finance and will lead our finance team. Kathrina, Director of Development: Kathrina is recognised for her years in senior roles across NGO and animal welfare. Kathrina will advance our work in brand, comm’s, commercial and income generation. Conor, Director of Advocacy & Policy: Conor’s background spans 28 years in animal welfare with the ISPCA and will strengthen our advocacy work. Barry Bentley liked thisBarry Bentley liked thisWe recently welcomed students to John Hancock for Bring Your Kids to Work Day, where they gained real work experience, took part in hands‑on STEM activities, and gave back by packing care kits with everyday essentials in support of our Community Impact partner The Dimock Center. During their visit, students also explored our lobby exhibit and learned about our history, our evolution as a brand, and our ties to the nation’s earliest days. Thank you to all the students who joined us and made the day so special.

Barry Bentley liked thisBarry Bentley liked thisToday marks my final day at Manulife after nearly 19 rewarding years. I am incredibly proud of the work we have accomplished and the lasting relationships I have built. As I close this long and fulfilling chapter, I am taking the opportunity to step back and enjoy some well-earned time away from the daily grind. I am not in a rush to define what is next — whether that is a new professional challenge or a permanent retirement. For now, I am looking forward to catching up with my favourite authors, some travel and supporting my family as they transition to their next chapter. Thank you to everyone who made these 19 years so memorable!
