It was wonderful reconnecting with colleagues and meeting so many leaders across the Blues plans network. A highlight of the event was hearing from Dave Raymond, the original Philadelphia Phanatic, whose keynote shared such a refreshing perspective on bringing more fun, energy, and creativity into our everyday routines and workplaces.
