Folder of markdown files in a git repo. The agent reads them before answering, writes after, sweeps weekly. No vector DB. No embeddings. Grep-able. What's inside: → knowledge/: your durable picture of strategy, product, users, market → hypotheses/: what you're testing, with evidence trails → decisions/: every shipped + killed option, dated, with rationale → interviews/: raw transcripts tagged by persona, stage, risk → sweeps/: weekly maintenance that promotes durable patterns up Every claim is tagged. Observation, interpretation, hypothesis, assumption, decision. A Slack comment is not automatically truth. I designed 17 PM scenarios from what I've shipped through. Instead of getting caught in a negative cycle of complaints—like wishing for earlier hours or more equipment options—I chose to take action. I created a list of what I needed in a new gym: cardio classes, more free weights, early hours on Mondays, and more. After some research, I found a place that checked all the boxes! This pivot allowed me to completely reevaluate my workout routine, helping me create a plan to build muscle while continuing my weight-loss journey. Facing the discomfort of change head-on has truly transformed my approach, both in fitness and in life. Remember, whether in our personal or professional lives, embracing change is what makes us evolve and elevate to new heights. As John F. Kennedy once said, “Change is the law of life, and those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.” Let’s embrace change together! 💪🏼✨ #EmbraceChange #Evolution #Inspiration #FitnessJourney #PersonalGrowth

For me, the key ingredients for success are: - Achievable goals - Accountabilty - A plan to maintain success For years I’ve battled weight issues and would lost 20lbs just to gain it and more back. I decided to take a business approach to my weight loss and have lost 93lbs in the last 6 months! Achievable goals: I stopped thinking about how much I needed to lose and fast diets to get there. Instead I focused on many easy to do life changes like doing some movement, ANY MOVEMENT, 6 days per week, and using food as a resource instead of entertainment. Accountability: I started tracking my calorie input and output. I also enlisted friends who I knew would encourage and uplift me while keeping me honest! A plan to maintain success: NO FAD DIET! I focused on lifestyle changes with weight measuring every week! Making it a challenge that is documented and shared weekly on social media drives me to keep my progress going! #weighloss #healthjourney

What really sealed the deal, though, is the strength of its culture: Together, Focus, and Curiosity. These values reflect what I believe great products and great teams are made of: shared purpose, disciplined execution, and an endless appetite to learn. I want to thanks Scott Booker and Cameron Clayton for the opportunity and I am excited to partner with such a talented team as we continue to scale Arrive’s platform and products — helping shape how we move through and experience our cities — one connection at a time. Ashley Humphries reacted on thisAshley Humphries reacted on thisMy nana (and hero) turned 96 over the weekend. ❤️ She still drives her little Fiat 500, lives on her own, goes to every Grimsby Town Football Club home match, and somehow maintains a busier social life than me. 🦸♀️ I asked my nana for the top 5 pieces of advice she’d give to people younger than her (aka 99.9% of people on the planet) who aspire to live a long and happy life. Here’s what she said: 1. Be positive — Look for the good in people, assume positive intent, and don’t take yourself too seriously. 2. Stay focused — Cut out the noise. There’s a lot happening in this crazy world. Control what you can control. 3. Move every day — Run, cycle, play badminton, walk, swim, line-dance. Whatever you are capable of, do it while your body allows. 4. Eat and drink well — Meat, fruit, veg, and water every day. Then don’t feel bad about some chocolate, a glass of wine, or a G&T night cap now and again. 5. Do fun things — Take the trip, the vacation. Great experiences with people are worth more than “stuff”. Bonus: Good genes help — but don’t rely on them alone! Which piece of advice resonates with you the most? It's been an incredible journey!Ashley Humphries reacted on thisCongratulations to SkIO graduate students Charlie Kollman, Grace Mann, and Ashley Ohall on successfully defending their dissertations and theses! 🎓👏 Charlie’s dissertation: “In Dust [Flux] We Trust: A Time-Series Exploration of Aerosol Dynamics in the North Pacific Ocean” Grace’s thesis: “Giants in the Shallows: Colonial Radiolarians Influence Light Attenuation and Fine-Scale Zooplankton Dynamics on the Continental Shelf” Ashley’s thesis: “Remote Sensing of Marine Plastic Pollution: Opportunities, Challenges, and Advances in Polymer Classification” These are the first three defenses in a busy season — with two more SkIO graduate students set to defend in the coming weeks! Charlie, Grace and Ashley are all graduate students in University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Marine Sciences. They have spent their graduate programs at the UGA SkIO campus working with SkIO faculty.
